+ 0 moreChris and his team (Jose and Gerardo) came by and were nice and friendly. Jose was left on site to do the work and he quickly identified that our camera was bad. Jose left and a few hours later Chris returned to discuss details and set us up for next steps. He was very patient with us as we made our final decisions. Gerardo came by a little later and installed our new camera. By the end of the day we were pretty happy campers. Our only issue was price $150 to diagnose the issue, $250 for install of one flood light. It would have been nice to receive a small discount for having the work done by him on the same day. Again, services and services were GREAT but since we removed a ring branded flood light to add a ring branded flood light with camera, the price tag seemed steep.
