I couldnt be happier with my new "picture window" lanai. Kevin immediately gave me a quote, we scheduled the job and they did it 4 weeks earlier than they originally thought. The women in the office were polite and very efficient. The men that did the work were fast and thorough. It came out fantastic!!

We just had a pool built and Pioneer did the lanai. Best experience so far with this whole pool build! These guys are fast, polite, professional, and just all-around good guys. Excellent, work was done beyond expectations. He was not the lowest bid received, however was very impressed with Matt Reeds explanation with how work would be done and time of completion. Definitely would rehire for next project!

The written estimate given was arbitrary. There was no justification for the estimate cost to re-screen the Pool Enclosure. Although, I was verbally told by the owner that the cost for labor and materials would be $1.25 per sq. ft. However, the person doing the onsite estimate never put into writing the calculated sq.footage for the job and the calculations showing the actual cost based upon the sq. footage. Senior Citizens beware this outfit is apparently insensitive to the needs and feels of senior consumers and are out to get your retirement money. . . . I'm just saying.

Pioneer did all the work - they did the permitting ( no small task in my county) - removed exsisting structure - rebuilt new structure and screened. The job required new roof gutter and down spouts, assembling the aluminum frame to code, hanging the screen, and clean up. I am very pleased with all the above. The owner kept me informed of all the process. The 2 workers showed up as they scheduled in all phases and the owner showed up to make sure everything was as it should. Pioneer Screen Co. has been in business a long time and there is a reason for that.

The concrete work was doe by a sub-contractor. Two men came with insufficient lumber to frame the slab, I had to go to Home Depot for more 2x4s to complete framing. The finished slab was not level, and some water pools in the middle. The enclosure turned out good. The mechanic who did the installation was professional and did a good job. Overall I was satisfied

They scratched the screen room they installed. I let them know I was unhappy so they sent out someone to paint it. After they did this, they had to send someone else out again to paint it again. It still looks very bad to date due to poor craftsmanship. When they unloaded it they had thrown it out of truck on top of other peices, causing the it be damaged.

It was great. It was nice and neat. They did a great job of cleaning up. They were very professional. The price was also good.
