Patriot Pressure Cleaning

The house had not been pressure washed for at least a couple of years. Joe is managing the company since Mark passed away. Joe booked us into a cancellation spot, so we got an appointment sooner than expected. They worked nonstop for approximately three hours or so. They use lighter pressure on the roof so as not to cause damage. Very accommodating and professional. Will definitely use again (won't wait so long this time!). Thanks for excellent service, Joe!

He never stated that he was using a power brush machine which damaged the roof tiles. Also did a half fast job on gutters and house. Admitted his employees did a bad job. Promised he would come back to clean up where his employees did not. We paid him in full but never showed up again. Should have known not to pay in full and not take his word that he would return. Expected better since he works in our community. Shame on us

I received a letter from my HOA telling me my roof needs to be cleaned. I selected two companies from Angie's list and gave them a call on a Tuesday evening. Mark from Patriot called Wednesday morning and he said he would look at the roof and get back to me with a price. Called me back on Thursday and came out to do the roof on Saturday. He did a great job and the roof looks wonderful. Plus his price was so reasonable.

Excellent! Mark showed up on time and worked with his crew to make our home look like new. Just when I thought he was done he cleaned our patin floor and the best part was he cleaned the track of our 16 foot slider. Outstanding quality work! I will call upon Mark and his crew to maintain our home in the future. One important note: he DID NOT trash our plants with the usual wash solution that others use. He also checked our roof to make sure no repairs were needed. What more could a home owner want. Thanks Mark and Crew!

Mark and his helper of Patriot Pressure Cleaning were punctual and did an excellent job of pressure cleaning my entire home for a good price. He used a mild chlorine solution on the roof to kill the mold and mildew which did not harm my plants. While cleaning the roof, he found 6 cracked barrel tiles and glued them back together at no additional charge, so I gave him a $25 tip. I would definitely use Patriot Pressure Cleaning again and can recommend them to anyone needing pressure cleaning services.

After I called Mark he responded that day and came over to the house to check everything that we wanted done and he set up a date for him to come and do the service. The outstanding part of Mark's services was that he included items that were not listed. We bought our home a few years ago and it had been bank owned for most of the time since the house was first built in 2005. There were several loose tiles on our roof which Mark saw the problem and went took care of securing the tiles that would have been a danger during a hurricane. The work he did on our home was so outstanding that it made our home look new again. The removal of all the mold was not easy on our home as you can imagine the house had never been done and we live by a lake. He was polite and a pleasure to have do the job. I recommend him highly. He does excellent work and it is speedy and thorough.

Mark did a great job as always. Have used him every six months or so since moving to Florida. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I received a prompt call back and price quoted over the phone. I scheduled with him for just a couple of days later. They were on time. When they arrived, he said the price he quoted was a little high because he thought my house was bigger, so he offered to do my driveway and sidewalks as well. THEN, they noticed my gutter was clogged in the front and they offered to climb up there and clear it and NO additional charge. I was very happy with the service. My whole house/ garage and gutters look great. Highly recommend!!

The work went very well. Mark is professional and courteous. He and his employee were both diligent and efficient in organizing their work. The result was a sparklingly clean house at a fair price. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

The staff was professional and did a good job with the pressure washing. I was not pleased with the staff’s attitude, however. The pricing was reasonable.

Mark come out to give me an estimate. We scheduled for the following Monday. Mark came to our home, went right to work and did a wonderful job. Mark cleaned our roof which had mold and had to be cleaned per our HOA. Mark also pressure washed the house and the driveway. Mark was diligent, through, and completed the job in a little over 3 hours. The roof is asphalt tiles, the house is ~1100 sq ft. We couldn't be more pleased. Mark is honest and hard working. We had to have roof cleaned. HOA was sending letters notifying home owners what needed to be done to their homes/lots. Did some Angie's List research and called Mark from Patriot Pressure Washing. He returned my call promptly,. Mark came out and gave us a reasonable quote. Mark let me know his schedule was full, but he would work me in the coming Monday afternoon. Mark arrive at 3:30 pm, went right to work. He was through and completed everything we discussed. We couldn't be happier with the quality of Mark's work. We will. recommend his company to everyone who needs this type of work done. Hard working, quality work and honest!

I was extremely pleased with the job that was done. He was by far the best I've had do any pressure washing and will certainly call him again when I need any pressure washing done in the future. I asked him if he also did roofs and was told that he did. I thought maybe mine might need doing soon, but was told that I could probably wait a year. He definitely wasn't the type to "push" you to do work that isn't necessary. I really appreciated that.

I had originally scheduled this to be done in late June but had to postpone for a month while other contractors replaced my driveway. Mark was very flexible concerning scheduling. When he showed up to do the job my driveway workers were still at it so he had to coordinate with them to avoid interfering and causing water spray and detergent to spray on the workers. The roof area is over 6500 square feet and had not been done in 3 years. He did an outstanding job in restoring the roof to a very clean condition. My metal vents on the roof needed repainting and he gladly did the repainting after he finished the cleaning. He is a very polite man and charges a very fair price for his service
