I wish I could give no stars. I was literally cut off while making a left turn and the drive who was in the lane to go straight decided to turn on me and ran me off the road. I called and complained on their driver and he hung up on me. Finally called from a different number and got his name, Kevin. I am sure it's the same guy who ran me off the road. Learn how to drive you moron. I went ahead and notified to police considering how dangerous he was driving. I work in real estate and have A LOT of clients where I refer outside business too like Property Maintenance, Plumbing, Roofing, etc. I WILL NEVER EVER refer my clients to Northeastern Plumbing because of this j****** and how he drives. After doing research I've figured out the owner is the one who was driving crazy and cursed me out when he was in the wrong. I've reported him to the police and BBB for his actions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a one-man show. The owner came to our house to do the aforementioned work, and after he said he did the work, we asked him to show us everything. We saw he hadn’t even done the gas line, and when we asked about it, he said, “I guess I forgot. I’ll do it tomorrow when the washer and dryer gets delivered, because I should be here so it’s done correctly.” He also didn’t bring the drain pipe high enough (about a foot and a half too short). He said all would be taken care of the next day as well. After he left, we realized we suddenly had no hot water at all to our kitchen sink, and nothing to the dishwasher. This was baffling, as they were fine before he got here. We called him twice that afternoon to ask about this, and he did not answer his phone or return our calls from the messages we left. To make matters worse, that evening we noticed the water heater was suddenly leaking as well. The next day, we called and texted him again, and still no answer or response. He wanted to be paid in cash only, and fortunately we only gave him half of the $800 he quoted us, and said we would give him the rest when he came back. Clearly that was not going to happen, and we had to call another company for an emergency call to not only complete the job, but also to fix everything he screwed up. I would never in my life recommend this company to anyone. He’s a total scammer who should not be licensed. Smiles to your face and acts friendly and knowledgeable, but clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing, and is in the business of ripping people off. His actions are criminal. This was a big expenditure for us, and now we had to pay thousands to repair what he did incorrectly and did not do at all. Just a horrible, costly experience. DO NOT USE HIM OR HIS COMPANY.

I made not one but two appointments with Kevin W Greene, Owner of Northeastern Plumbing. He was a no show both times. I find this completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacking in what most likely is quality performance. If a company cannot honor an appointment, well, it says much about them as a person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We decided on Admiral Plulmbing...check out their reviews...quality at its best from all the positive reviews.

They did a nice job (no leaks so far)! They also showed up when they said they would - a nice bonus.
