The tech was very professional and was very nice to try his best to resolve the issue and explain it all to me. Unfortunelty at this time we have not been able to resolve the issue not any fault of the Tech or the company... I intend on having them back again to try to get this problem resolved.

I was super anxious when my toilet's water supply line started leaking and flooding my bathroom in the middle of the night. Managed to turn water off till the following morning for the plumbers to arrive. Todd the technician from Mr. Rooters was super professional and fixed everything in a jiffy. He also helped me out on my shower water pressure problem I had been having. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend Mr. Rooter's to anyone. Thank you guys for everything!!!
