Overall, at the end of the third day, all was performed as promised.

On the recommendation of our neighbor, who had used this firm last month, we called Michael Cooper, the owner, last Friday to ask for a bid for our tree work.  He came out first thing Saturday morning to give us his bid. We called back Monday to tell him he had the job, and he called back later to schedule the work for the next day. Crew arrived first thing that morning and went right to work. The owner Michael Cooper came with them and insured that everyone was doing their jobs properly.  The two trees were badly in need of the pruning, especially the banyan tree. They took great care to properly trim the trees to lighten the main limbs and pull the tree canopies in.  The crew was careful not to let debris damage anything, and they did a wonderful job of carting away all of the debris.  As there was so much debris, they needed to leave some behind until the next day.  As promised, the crew returned early the next morning to remove the remaining debris.  This was especially important as homeowners in our area are limited to the amount of green debris that may be picked up each week. We were most pleased with our total experience.
