+ -1 moreI was under contract on a house that Lynn was selling. Lynn did not follow through with anything that she should have and was extremely unprofessional. A contract that should have taken 3 weeks to do ended up dragging out to the point I didn't know when we would be able to close. She didn't know that the house and lot next door were not separated, she missed a line in the final contract and delayed the sale a number of times. Luckily I had a great realtor who took care of everything and made sure that the lots were separated, went above and beyond to make up for Lynn's mistakes.
