Tom is a very nice guy- I like him. Taking that out of the equation I have to say he totally failed me in one month. I paid in advance for our 1st month. Paid 25 bucks extra just to get off on right foot and I very clearly set the expectations for my standard PSL 1/3 acre Floratam grass with tons of flower beds (all in concrete curbing). The service was cut tall, cut sharp and trim/edge and blow. When he showed up he did a good job. But I have a very thick and fast growing yard that has to be cut at least once weekly in summer- especially as it received a mid July iron heavy fertilization. Well even with sprinklers off with all the rain we have been getting its gone nuts. It's also caused tom to not show up except every other week and no reply to vmail or texts until days later. So as of today he's only cut my lawn 3 times in 6 weeks, and back yard only 2x as I dethatched it and it didn't need it until this weekend. Thank god I still have my mower as I have had to dust it off and put it back in service, and even after paying 100 bucks to cut 3000 sq ft of a well maintained yard I still ann waiting for final cut! Actually I'm not. Tom you did me wrong- I feel if your work load is so much when it rains you have to skip weeks in prime growing season then you have taken on too much. The final straw and what's totally unacceptable is to not show up and not communicate your intentions. With that said as much as I think Tom is a motivated high energy guy, as far as cutting the lawn I would recommend passing for a more stable professional service. So now I'm back searching for a decent lawn company-

Professional and a hard worker. Called cause my other lawn maintenance stop coming and our lawn was getting long, he came to the house quick and did the lawn right then and there. We also hired him to trim the trees and bushes also which he did after the 4th.
