hardwood floor
+ -1 moreI didn't like their service. When the guy came to lay the flooring, he said, "Oh no, we cannot put these planks of wood on the floor." So he left. So we bought the material from them, but the guy wasn't willing to even work with us. He called his boss and he basically said that he wasn't going to do the floor. He didn't really give us a choice. Their pricing was outrageous. The material was fine. If you have to keep calling somebody for a service that they provide, maybe you may want to start looking for somebody else because they're supposed to be making sure that the customer is satisfied and you're not supposed to be going over there over and over and calling them on something that they're supposed to keep you updated like, "Is the floor coming? When are you really going to come?" You have to be asking them that after you have already paid.
Description of Work: We contracted Home Depot to do the flooring.
