Description of Work: After moving into our newly built home a two years later we decided to build a contrete wall out front. When we have the wall painted to match our home we notice how bad the house had faded. The wall was one color and the house was another. Due to Hill and Hill not using the correct sealers/primer on my new home the exterior color faded so bad that when we called him he said he did not do anything wrong and used 4 letter words to tell us what we could do with ourselves. We contacted Porter Paints in Stuart (which was the paint we required Hill & Hill to use) Mr. Hill purchased our paint from the store and the manager noticed he had purchased the wrong primer, he made numerous calls to Mr. Hill to let him know he had the wrong primer. Mr. Hill never called them and used the wrong primer on our home. Which cause the paint to fade and we had to have the entire house repainted only 3 years later. We called our contractor Gary Huffnagel and Mr. Hill to explain our problem. My contractor sided with Mr. Hill and Mr. Hill did not do anything but tell me where to go along with Porter Paints when they called him to confirm our problem. The new company we got also told us that Hill and Hill did not seal our windows (which I have buckling wood floors in my dining room from that) and did not even paint around the windows that could not be seen on the second floor. When I called the contractor to tell him to bring himself and Mr. Hill to my house he said to me "what has it been a few years now since we built the house sort like leave him alone" I was truly appalled by ethics and professionism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did not stand behind any of their work. The interior painting was done very poorly also.
