I don't write reviews, but this is special. Final Touch is the best home service contractor I have ever encountered. If you want your kitchen cabinets repainted, just call Jose and you will be as ecstatic with your new kitchen as I am. I had several quotes and Jose was the most professional (not a salesman), best price and earliest job date. His all girl (girl power) team was amazingly professional, prompt, neat, organized and detail oriented. My only wish is that Jose and Final Touch Refinishing did other types of remodeling because I would not hesitate to have them do everything in my home. My advice to those planning a kitchen remodel, just call Jose and enjoy your new kitchen.

We contacted Final Touch Refinishing after trying a number of other cabinet-repair/installation companies who either failed to respond or because of the limited nature of the work, weren't interested in taking on the project. Contacting Final Touch's owner Jose Castillo, proved that quality customer care and service is still alive and well. The project involved replacing a whole section of kitchen cabinet siding and upper cabinet that had been damaged by a water line leak from our refrigerator. Jose Castillo's cabinet maker, Mike was meticulous in his workmanship and was able to actually match the wood stain to the existing cabinetry, without having to redo our whole kitchen. Bottom line, whether you need to remodel your kitchen or just resurface and/or repair your cabinetry, Final Touch Refinishing is the company to use.

I am thrilled with the results of my kitchen cabinet refinishing! Jose Castillo, owner of Final Touch Refinishing, did an outstanding job. He and his staff are extremely professional, neat, and reasonable considering the very high quality of their work. He took an old, badly finished pantry door and made it look like new! He also refinished about 25-30 cabinet doors and drawers which he took off site to refinish, and the work is just amazing! I was worried that they would look different from the doors that weren't refinished....no worries there! The color and finish matches perfectly! Then he did an "in-the-home" touch up of the baseboards, they look like new! Again, neat, all surfaces protected, and he was totally detail oriented. He was extremely responsive, completed the work in a timely manner, and kept in touch throughout the process. I am so happy that I found him, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I contacted Jose through e-mail initially. My e-mail was returned within the day and an on-site visit was scheduled. Jose arrived on time to our appointment and was very pleasant to work with. His knowledge was apparent and he offered great customer service throughout the process, allowing me to take part in the decision-making. He offered pick-up and delivery, so I didn't even have to leave home! He sent me regular updates and pictures as I had requested through text, which was very convenient for me. He worked within our time frame and budget. The work was completed on time and looked fantastic! I sent pictures to my mother who owned the table before me and she was amazed and happy that we are keeping the china cabinet in the family. I showed neighbors and they are shocked that the cabinet didn't come as a set with the dining room table - they look identical! Overall it was a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Final Touch Refinishing and plan on working with him again in the future.
