Steve came and went over our project with us. Gave us a price, we signed the contract. Terms of contract very reasonable. Told us it could take approximately 8 weeks, they were very busy. It was no where close to 8 weeks. We were swimming in our beautifully resurfaced pool in 3 weeks. We are extremely happy with the results and Family pools and highly recommend them. Linda and Ray

I had old pool liner replaced. Anyone I dealt with from the Family Pools Co couldn't of been nicer. They came and gave me estimate the same day I contacted them. Great customer service and communication and all spoke English. Installed new liner perfectly and FAST and they did an excellent clean up job. All around experience with Family Pools was wonderful. Couldn't be happier.

Poor communication. Did only basic. No explanation what estimate covered. Pool is losing water. Reported issue and response is if it's something they didn't work on it's not covered. Hmmmm they resurfaced the pool, put in new connections and drain. Didn't leak before they worked on it. Waiting on them to get someone out to look at it. I'm not impressed with them and would not recommend them.

I had the pool refinished and the deck surrounding the pool covered with pavers. The quality of the project was great. The communication with the company was poor. I did not know when the project was starting, when the workers were coming or even what days they would be there. This created quite a problem since I have dogs that I allow to access the back yard. Putting them in a kennel was not a viable option since the company never told me when they would be at the house.

Project completed just as requested. I obtained 5 estimates and although this was not the least expensive, I felt secure with their background and knowledge. It paid off!

I hired this company to install my pavers and they did a fantastic job. Steve, the salesman, was excellent, honest, always returned my calls well past the installation. I highly recommend this company to install pavers. If I were to put in a swimming pool, I would definitely hire them also.

I signed a contract with Family Pools on 1-8-16 to resurface my pool with a pebble finish. The project took 3 days to complete and was finished on 2-11-16. The salesman/Steve was very informative and helpful with choosing the pebble finish and Nicole in the office was great with providing information about scheduling, billing and care of the pool following water refill. The workmen were skilled professionals and the pool is just beautiful!! I would highly recommend Family Pools, Inc.

I TRYED OTHER POOL COMPANYS EATHER THEY DID NOT SHOW UP TO DO A QUOTE OR THEY SHOW UP TO DO THE QUOTE AND NEVER RESPONDED WITH A QUOTE .FAMILY POOLS CAME ON THE DAY THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND SENT ME A QUOTE THAT SAME DAY WITH SOME RECOMANDATIONS THAT MADE GOOD SENCE TO HAVE DONE ,THEY DID THE JOB IN THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY HAD SET . I WOULD RECOMEND FAIMLY POOLS THERE WORKMANSHIP IS OF IS OF HIGH STANDARDS AND QUALITY THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY OVER SEES THE WORK PERSONALY . THANKS FAMILY POOLS

Crews were very professional, friendly and cleaned up completely after themselves.

Our liner looks fantastic. Family pools did such a great job we asked them to do additional work for us on our deck area.

I haven't started this project yet, but I will use this company. Very professional and nice to work with...definitely knows his trade. Can't wait to start the project.
