Russell is an experienced, amiable professional. He immediately realized the problem with the multiple sets of old, but quality sliding doors; gave a fair quote and repair was scheduled. He arrived on time, replaced the rollers, cleaning the door bottoms and track. Rus is organized, and conscientious, completing the job efficiently. The doors now roll with a flick of a finger. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND WE DID THE WORK RIGHT THEN. HIS WORK WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT. HE CLEANED UP THE AREA. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK.

Excellent I may be a bit off on the date as I didn't record it. He had to special order some of the rollers. Was prompt at calling when they arrived so he could return and complete the service. Nice man, did a good job and cleaned up behind himself.

Russell, owner & operator of the company, quickly returned my phone call when I left him a message about my problem. He said that he would stop by the next day and call me when he was about 15 minutes out. He responded the next day with a toolbox and vacuum in hand. He was polite, professional, and completed the job in approx. 1.5 hours. The Door now works great and his fee was more then fair. I would use him again if the need arose.

Service was excellent. Russell had given us an appointment time. He called before he was due to say he was coming, a rarity these days. And he was on time!! He repaired our sliders within 1/2 hour by removing the doors and changing the wheels on the sliding door that was causing the problem. He was polite, courteous. His work is clean so clean was a breeze. We would highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again!!

Russell called ahead to make sure that we were still on for our appointment. He arrived at my house on time. He went right to work and was very professional. He quickly took the parts out that needed to be replaced and had new ones in place. He then vacuumed out the area to make sure all was clean and was ready to go. Russel was right on time for his appointment. When he came in the house with his tool bag and his vacuum cleaner, I just knew he was going to do a good job. He took care to evaluate the problem and suggested only what had to be done to fix our doors. There was no hard sell on additional parts or service. He was very methodical, very polite and when he left,our doors were sliding just as if they were new. I will definitely pass the word around that Russel is the and quot;go toand quot; guy to fix your sliding doors.

Excellent! Our sliding glass doors were very hard to push open, felt heavy with a lot of friction. Russell came out and saw that there was very little vertical wiggle room so he could not pop out the doors to replace the rollers on the bottom of the door, which is what he would normally do. I thought I might be SOL, but what he did instead was literally take the frame off the glass so that he could access under the doors while they were still in their tracks! Super impressive. The doors now are amazingly smooth and easy to open and close, and quiet!! Didn't realize how rumbly the doors were before. We actually have to be careful to not open them too fast or hard or they'll slide too fast! Russell was professional, friendly, and efficient. And he cleaned up after himself including any grease left on the doors. Great service and price. Would definitely highly recommend!!!

They were wonderful. The kid was really, really good. We would recommend him to anybody. He was very neat. He cleaned everything up when he was done. The doors are great and they work wonderful. He was very reasonable. Another estimate was a lot more. His price was lower than we expected. We would absolutely use him again.
