Description of Work: My home water had a strong chlorine odor. Even with a fresh filter on my new fridge, I could smell the chlorine. I contacted Culligan and set up an appointment for a free water test. The person who came by was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and there was no heavy sales pressure. I decided on the option to rent a full home water filter. It comes to approximately $25/month (I don't remember exactly - the first 2 (?) months are free) with a relatively low initial installation cost. It is much cheaper than the 10 gallons of water per week I was buying from Publix, and it is so convenient. I've had it for over 2 months and I'm so happy with it. My water is wonderful and I can fill my glass from any faucet in the house. No more chlorine smell. The rental fee includes filter changes and any service on the unit.

+ -1 moreCulligan Water Conditioning of Port St Lucie FL definitely did not accurately explained everything that was involved. There is a drain that comes out of the water system and when the water is in operation periodically, it has to go through a purging procedure and it has to rinse out the salt and chlorine in the tanks and that comes out of the drain, while nobody asked me about the placement of the drain, it is on the side of the house. Then I repeatedly attempted to get me an explanation of the regeneration cycles, this was not explained to me clearly. I fought with them for a month trying to get a clear explanation and finally, the Culligan people said that's too technical, we have to no way to answer your question. It was a terrible experience. They are making claims that are in excessive what your product actually delivers, they were high up here on the puffing and not very good up on the delivery of the service.

Description of Work: Very happy with my Culligan system! The installation was done quickly and professionally. We would recommend Culligan to anyone who is looking for water treatment. It is so nice not to purchase bottled water as our new reverse osmosis is providing delicious water. We couldn't be happier.

The installer Jim was courteous, prompt and also informative on explaining our system to us. We spoke to a few other companies, but decided to use Culligan. We are glad we did.
