+ -1 moreThey did a good job, as always. Our last calls were for scheduled maintenance and another to fix an outdoor sensor. The snake that broke the sensor left his skin behind.
Description of Work: We have our air conditioners serviced twice a year. Comfort Control installed the air conditioners and air handlers. We have been using this company for many years. They installed our new air conditioners in 2011.

+ -1 moreI did not renew my service with them since their owner would not pay for the duct cleaning which was their fault. They fired the tech afterwards.
Description of Work: They were doing my maintenance twice a year for eight years. When we had a defect with one of the units they had to replace it. When we had to have our ducts cleaned it was noticed that our second unit had a lot of mold. It was the opinion of another company that was doing the cleanup that this unit, based on the amount of mold that was in the unit, that this unit was not checked for a long time. They took shortcuts and did not check the unit. And they refused to pay for the cleaning of the ducts.
