Description of Work: put cable in my house put a hole in my ceiling. Only used them because ATT wasn't offered in my new home. after speaking to them again I was able to get ATT put into my mew home so cancelled comcast

Description of Work: After 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to Comcast to set up installation the installer arrived on time. I was supposed to have 2 separate internet lines installed along with phone, TV and home security wiring. The installer advised me that only one internet line was permitted to be installed. Dealing with Comcast customer service(an oxymoron) is a nightmare. I have spent hours on the phone trying to straighten out erroneous billing and correcting my service order. Every time I called I would receive a different quote for the same services. According to Comcast representatives, they do not have the capability of sending confirmation emails. Unfortunately, Comcast is supposedly merging with Time Warner which will increase their monopoly of the internet world. I would not recommend Comcast to anyone.

Comcast is constantly raising our bills. They add in extra charges. I need to spend a long time on the phone. I get put on hold for long periods of time. It is a constant battle. I will continue to use Comcast since the cable is provided trough our home owners association.

Original repair was performed by an excellent and knowledgeable technician. If we were just rating him this would be all A's. However he had to leave a temporary cable above ground and a different crew was to come and bury it within a week. Three weeks later the cable was still there so we had to call and were informed it would take another week.

They're the only one in the area with triple play. I don't like the dish though. But as for the quality of their service, they're pretty good.

The internet works about 90% of the time. I went with them because I didn't want another satellite dish beside my door. I have never had to contact them with anything.

They are okay. I am forced into using them because I can't get high speed at my house with any other company. My only gripe is that I go in on a deal for 12 months and then they try to start taking the price up. Every other month something goes up by a few dollars. I think they are sneaky and they add sneaky charges. They make their bills so d*mn complicated that it is hard to understand them. I called them and told them that I was going to go elsewhere and they made me a deal and gave me $25 off a month. You can negotiate with them. I have no problem with the quality of their service. They were here when they said for the installation. I will continue to use them as long as I can keep the prices where they are. I had separate services before I did the bundle and I was paying over $100 more per month.

They are OK and I’m not very happy with them. I have switched my phone connection to another company and they are a monopoly since they let you know that you have no other choice.

They do not know anything about Apple computers. None of their equipment felt brand new. The additional cable boxes were scratched. I had three failures out of four with those. Also, they did not give me an idea of what my username and password was for my internet. I was just very displeased at this time.
