Unfortunately, I have no choice but to give the lowest rating possible. Mr. Lupi visited my home in late September to quote the repair the pavers/tiles around our pool. A quote of $1,000 was given and I advised that I would be in touch. Two days later, I received text messages stating that "if it may help once decision time comes, our company is willing to take on job for you and do a 3 year warranty on our repair work for $700" This was going to be completed by Mr. Lupi himself as “not all of my guys have worked with travertine”. I was finally ready to hire in November. Contacted to schedule the work, he wanted to come out again and now price has gone up to $800 stating that $700 was to get job immediately (never mentioned that before). I scheduled this work to begin two weeks later and gave a deposit of $400. Two weeks came and I hadn't heard anything so I texted to find out when it would happen and the response was "huh". I reminded who I was and he advised they were so booked up can we pick another week or would I like my deposit back. I advised no other week, please refund. He wanted to keep $100 for sand already purchased and I advised no thank you, I’m sure you can use the sand elsewhere. I would like my $400 back. Now, I have waited over a week as he was "waiting on checks". I was patient and agreed to wait until 11/22. I have eventually received a response from his fiancé stating he was in an accident and they simply don’t have my money and asked if they could send a worker to complete the work (possibly same worker that was not qualified earlier). This was on 11/23, I politely advised no, I want my refund. No response so far. When he was trying to get the job, he was calling and texting constantly now, 4 unanswered messages. Great feeling to have $400 stolen prior to the holidays.

Installation met my expectations. Installer followed up to ensure customer satisfaction.
