BUG DOCTOR

As I said before, they didn't help me with the rat situation. Truly Nolan did that and I haven't seen a rat since they've been here. However, I love them as my exterminator for bugs as well as termite inspection. If I see ANYTHING on the floor that looks like termites ( I have a contract with them), they come immediately and check it out. The come every other month and spray outside for bugs. (under contract as well). Great company, people and do a great job. I would and have hired again and again.

They did a terrible job we had a fire ant problem and when we told them about it they said that they only sprayed the perimeter not the yard. When we called them they came back and sprayed the perimeter and the ants still didn't go away so we called someone else and they got rid of the ants within a month!! We had used the Bug Dr for a few months and the new company got rid of the problem within the first month the price for the new company is much better and they spray more than the perimeter too!!

The rats came back. And there are more of them now. Tom was supposed to send someone for an additional charge to fill in the area they are getting in. Now I have another provider trying to get rid of them. They won't fill the hole up. Meanwhile, my a/c guy found out they are gnawing into the duct work of my a/c and now I have to get that fixed. I was very happy with Tom's professionalism and how he got rid of the bugs, just not the rat situation. I would use them again and feel their prices are fair and their extermination skills as far as bugs are concerned, they are really great. So yes, I will use them again. I am using Reynolds now for the rats and will keep you posted as to how they do. Tom's idea was to bait traps and come back every couple of days to see what we got. Some of the traps were not sprung. He did that three or four times. Reynolds puts the traps up there with rat scent and plenty of food and let them get used to coming to that area to eat. Then they put the baited traps up, come back in a couple of days and get the rats out.. That hasn't been done yet so after all is said and done, I will put up a review.

I had another exterminator get rid of the termites when I first moved into this house. They came back. I had Bug Doctor take care of it and they have never returned. My contract covers the whole year so if they return, I just give them a call. They never have. I thought I had termites in my office but I called, they came out right away and told me it was ant dust, not termites. They really know what they are doing. I am now calling them for rodents in my attic??? Will put a review in afterwards.

My husband and I liked Bug Doctor so much we decided to keep them on with a bi-monthly contract. They normally do the exterior of the house, but if we have some other problem, they will come out at no additional charge. We've been satisfied with their work, and we consider them to be very responsive, that's why we've stuck with them for such a long time!
