Blue Cat called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Upon arrival he looked at all my "special issue" spots, pre-treated, and gave me an honest assessment of how much of the stains he would probably be able to remove. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. I am very happy with the outcome.

Ron showed up on time and did a wonderful job. He went far beyond normal to make this job go smooth. Our carpet needed to be stretched before it could be cleaned properly. Through his contacts he had another company show up in an hours time and had it taken care of. He knew we needed the job done right away so he stayed on site and care of the cleaning as soon as the other company had finished. He left our home organized with no mess. The job went well, he showed up when expected and did the job well and professionally.

Ron called the day before to reconfirm the appointment, and arrived promptly the following morning. He did a thorough job cleaning all three bedroom carpets with a wet solution, then suggested and we approved the addition of a stain protector. We had also wanted to have him clean a sofa and a chair. Fortunately Ron checked the fabric care labels on both and determined that we would be better served with a dry cleaning method, not a wet method. He referred us to another firm that he knew could perform such service and whose work he would recommend. He cleaned up thoroughly and checked with us to confirm we were satisfied. We were, and will definitely will have him return next year.

We contacted blue cat carpet cleaning and spoke with ron the owner. We were referred to them by a neighbor. He showed up on time looked over the job and got right to work, the carpet was about 5 years old. But now it looks brand new! He saw that my mom was older 80 plus, and offered to move some furniture knowing that there had been a hospital bed in the room before. He went over and above what I think most other companies would do. When he found out that our dad had past away a few days ago he didn't even want the money. I had to convince him it was ok. He did a great job and I could tell he is not all about the money. He truly cares about his work and his customers. I am so happy to have found ron and blue cat carpet cleaning. And thankfully our neighbors recommended him.
