awesome..... they promised if we gave them our business we would be happy.....they were correct.. we LOVE them. I think this company is amazing.

chris came over major all the windows and gave us a fair estimate making back within the time promised and installed all the shutters are home they look beautiful

We went out to bid on specific blinds and quot;Hunter Douglasand quot;, Blind Shack was the lowest bid so we had to go with them. While being installed, I mentioned that they did not look like Hunter Douglas nor is it marked anywhere Hunter Douglas. After being installed, within a short period of time, they started to break. I tried to contact Chris several several times. It took months to get a response and he said he would have his installer come by. I asked for him to come directly, but that never happened. It would take installer weeks before stopping in. At one point, he repaired I believe two of the pull bars that open and close slats. He said he would be back in the next day or so. I still have not seen him and it has been several months. The blinds are extremely cheap and I have been told by other blind companies that they are NOT Hunter Douglas. I would love to speak with a representative of Hunter Douglas and ask them to see my blinds to make sure if they are or not and if they would stand by the blinds but do not know how to get a representative. I will never ask Blind Shack to bid on another product for us again.

Last year Chris gave an estimate, the outside blinds were ordered. They were installed in less than 2 weeks (custom) and even though the installation was a little tricky, the installer worked very hard, and called for help, and they were up in a couple of hours. The big one is hard to roll up, so when Chris came to give me an estimate on indoor shutters, I just mentioned it. He fixed it so it would work better and then he said he would attach some sort of spring assist thingy after he ordered it to help with it roll up for FREE. I had not agreed to any new charges, but decided to go with the indoor shutters as well. Chris came over within 24 hours which we like, I will review again when they are installed in a couple of weeks.

Frustrating and it is simply ridiculous that they do not return calls. They should honor the service call that was not fixed and it is obvious they never ordered a part that was promised.

We contacted them back in Sept and decided to have him do our plantation shutters. We wanted bifold and we had a few other wishes as for the look and how we plan to use them. He said that he would be installing them himself (which was the main reason we chose Blind Shack) So when we returned in Oct..we set up installation. The owner was not present and little details we had discussed about installation were not followed. Even the installer could see that they were not right and he recommended a fix for it. Then the owner came out and took a look and had some other ideas. So when we returned in Nov we set up another app't, the owner came out and and quot;lookedand quot; at it again and made some more suggestions, but didn't do anything. So here we are in Jan., owner comes out and stabilizes the doors...but it was not how we expected them to look and function. Definitely better than what we had, but the process was not what we expected either. And doors still do not close as they should...very disappointed.

They were prompt and well prepared; bringing samples of different kinds of blinds as well as sample colors; measured all windows and gave me the total cost for all work. Blinds were installed on the promised date and look beautiful. I am very happy with how they improved the look of the room. I would definitely use again.

Great service!!! Chris came over and was very patient with us, showed us different options for our windows. He measured and gave us a free quote. We gave him the job, he called us when he said he would and his staff did a great of installing. I highly recommend them.
