Hired Big Al?s off Angies List. Best decision I have made in a while. Al showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problem in minutes then did the repairs. Al then stood by and thoroughly tested the washing machine ensuring there were no more problems and it was working perfectly! Al was kind, professional and not over priced. They set my expectation of getting it done and approximately when. Once they got the part, they called me and scheduled a time to fix my ice machine.
