+ -1 moreFrom the beginning to the end of this process, Lillian and her team were nothing short of spectacular. Phone calls and emails were prompt, and she basically oversaw the entire journey of our family piano from Florida to California without a single hiccup. She was always pleasant, professional, and caring, and there was never a question about the process that she couldn’t answer. Even the delivery team at the end of the process was first rate. I would hire Lillian again in a heartbeat :-)

Lillian researched and found the most economical means of transport which was thousands of dollars less than other estimates I received. Since I was not personally going to be at either the pickup or delivery location, she communicated directly and efficiently with my family members on both ends of the move. She was a pleasure to work with! Arroyo Movers representative carefully packed my goods, including a set of china. Everything safely arrived at the planned destination. I would hire Arroyo movers again and would whole- heartedly recommend them. They are professional and honest and provided excellent personalized service.
