Description of Work: I had used the company before when the father was running it but he passed on and the son now runs things. He tried to tell me that a part for my machine was not available and that I should pay a ridiculous 'show up' fee. I went online and found the part in 5 minutes. What a deal. Show up and do nothing and get a large fee. Baloney. I refused to pay anything because he was lying and seemingly out to get the easy bucks. I will NEVER use that company again.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient.
Description of Work: Disposal stopped working. They replaced the unit under warranty.
