Hayley and her 9 year old son showed up to do the work. I had already purchased everything except the water heater. When she gave me the price I asked why it was so high. She claimed it was the cost of the water heater. I hadn't bought one in over 20 years so I had no idea what the cost today. So I did allow the work to be done. She was here from 10am till about 3:40pm. The bill was $3240. Last week I was on line and found this company with the exact model for $565. The company was DSL Supply. I feel like I was robbed and I was. They took advantage of the fact that I had just moved to Florida and I am a senior citizen. I would never do business with them again. They just don't care. Also Hayley put her son's name the the receipt. How do you allow a child to work for you.

I called All City Plumbing informed them I had water damage to a bathroom vanity and a pipe leaking inside the vanity. I told them I wanted to put in a new one. I also made sure to inform them the current vanity was on concrete and not tile, it was not on top of boards (occasionally some are.) I asked how much it would be to fix the pipe and install a new vanity. I was told it would be between $300-400 just to do those two things. So I purchased the vanity it came with both the cabinetry and the countertop (sink). I also bought the P Trap and new necessary pipes. Jermey cane installed the vanity and fixed the pipes. It looks good at first glance doesn’t it? Check the tile the vanity isn’t put in correctly, it wasn’t pushed back all the way on one side. I don’t really care. It was slightly away from the wall but close enough to just caulk a little more on the top, a filler board on the front, it would have been fine. But this is what you can’t see from this picture. The nice picture he sent to his boss lol. He caulked the top and doesn’t have filler board fine. He didn’t caulk the back he ran out. Okay. But the top of the cabinetry is exposed.If you get that wet it ruins it. The front was half flush to the cabinetry and hung of on the other half. All they were asked to do is fix the top portion of the vanity so the top of the cabinetry wasn’t exposed any longer. He moved the entire cabinet out another half inch making the gap over an inch. Then put the vanity top back on this time you couldn’t see the top of the exposed cabinetry (which is good), but now you have a little over an inch gap and he removed all caulk. The cabinetry never had to be moved just the sink top. The pipes were then sideways and leaked. The owner Jason had Jeremy put the sink top on correctly the second time then Jeremy had to come back a third time to fix the new pipes he damaged. Jeremy damaged my wall. Necessary or not I wasn’t told it would happen per Florida law. Did they fix it no. I was told by Jason he would come out when Jeremy fixed the pipes he damaged, that way he could fix everything. He didn’t show up just Jeremy. I now have this ( see picture 4-6 inch or more gap, partial caulking, an improper anchor ( a screw through my new vanity that wasn’t necessary, that was placed after he moved the cabinetry further from the wall, something I didn’t want and there is no real anchor just a screw). They won’t fix anything that was their fault. I asked about filler board Jeremy told me “I don’t know I’m not a carpenter” So $800 later it looks bad for a new vanity. I’m still going to have to put more time and more money into this! If you can’t do a job and do it right don’t take the job it’s as simple as that.

Price was somewhat high but service was very good.

It was the Fastest home repair service we have ever had. The price was reasonable after checking out prices ahead of time to get an idea what we was in for. We knew it was old and not repairable. He came by within an hour and within another hour we had a brand new working water heater. Can't ask for better service than that.

It went well. We just moved in and needed a bunch of minor repairs.

This company is extremely honest and effective. Even though it took 4 hours, they finally found the source of the leak in my kitchen in a place where I never would have guessed - a hose in the back of my dishwasher (where it can't normally be seen) that had developed a small hole. I was greatly relieved - I thought that I was looking at thousands of dollars of plumbing repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend this outstanding company to anyone that I know !!

It went well. They showed up early to the appointment. They were very clean, polite, and professional. The job only took about 40 minutes.

Mechanic arrived on time and got right to work. He was polite, did a nice, neat job and cleaned up when done.

Everything was done in a timely, professional manner. Jason came on time/I was given the day appointment I asked for. The price was very reasonable and very near the estimated price considering Jason needed four additional parts not included with the faucets. About 1 month ago I used All City to replace my gas water heater for $1,000. Brian replaced the water heater. He was very pleasant and very efficient. Overall a terrific experience for both jobs.

Excellent service, prompt response.

Our disposal was clogged - again. It's very tempermental, to the point that I almost hate to use it. Jason from All City came to fix it this morning. He was on-time - a few minutes early, in fact- courteous and professional. He could have taken apart all the pipes to clean out the clog and it would have taken a good deal of time. Instead, he showed us how we can very easily unclog it ourselves saving us time and money the next time. There is no doubt we will be doing business with this honest and fair pro in the future.

Very responsive and performed the work for a reasonable price. We had our water back within two hours of discovering the leak. We would call them again if we had a plumbing problem.

tech sent to our house did not have a clue........ we even called the owner with our concern.. he assured us his tech. knew what he was doing hes just not a people person.. the final straw was the tech had no idea what was on our house bib outside, it was an extension to hook up two hoses at once and when the tech saw the digital meter he told us that this would make his job so much harder...the tech said he would have to make repairs first to see what the problem was... no price or anything... No he had to go, I paid this company 87.50, which I was not even quoted... just to have him leave.....

My first call was to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but their estimate was $549 plus tax....absolutely ridiculous. If you are looking for neatly dressed service people with pretty trucks and it is worth spending 40% or more over the competition; by all means use Benjamin Franklin. I was just looking for an honest plumber who does good work. I found this in All City Plumbing Two Tony arrived on time and was polite, professional, and obviously concerned to do the job right. The only problem was my fault because I did not realize that the old sink was made of lead (very heavy). Jason (the owner) had asked me if it was lead when I scheduled the appointment....I didn't think it was. Removal was definitely a two man job, so Tony called Jason who dropped what he was doing, stopped by and helped remove the sink to their truck. He did not charge exta for his inconvenience. The job was completed within a couple of hours and clean up was well done. It is now 2 1/2 years later....no problems of any kind.

Everything was excellent. The job itself was a challenge, but they did a great job. The responsiveness was good. I just referred the plumber to somebody else today for a hot water tank replacement.
