small appliance repair
+ -1 moreThe tension mechanism for the door had broken. They replaced the parts with I now know were aftermarket parts while claiming that they were original equipment. The door made a loud noise when opening and closing. They said this was the new normal. i put up with it for 11 months until I got it fixed by a reputable provider who explained the problem. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
