It was a great experience! The price quote right on through to the completion of the installation - all handled extremely well. Everyone was very professional, qualified, friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. After asking for a quote to add a humidistat, Brian Smith, who was our initial contact for the A/C system quote, came back within a few days to install. The system is working beautifully!

We were extremely happy with every aspect of Air Temp. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable. Everything was explained to us and all of our questions answered . Very professional, honest and customer service oriented. We will definitely be calling them when we need service or A/C replacement in the future.

Joel, the technician was very pleasant. He first tried to sell me a new air condition in stead of repairing the unit. It took 10 minutes to diagnose and 10 minutes to install the new capacitor. The $289 bill seemed high but I really didn't know what it should be. I am in the process of selecting a comp-any for a new unit and found this info during my research. To me you have to be basically dishonest to charge this much for a part other companies are quoting $45. You just can't trust anyone anymore. They did this to someone they knew had a 12 year old unit and wanted to sell me a new one in the near future. Needless to say they will not be bidding on the new unit. I am a retired person living on SS. This should be illegal because it is disreputable to price gouge us senior citizens this way. Show me your invoice for what you paid for the capacitor, your normal markup per cent, and show me other customers invoices with your hourly rate. Refund the difference. I didn't think it necessary to contact them. They are dishonest and nothing is going to change that. I doubt they would refund any of the exorbitant charges since I clearly won't be doing business with them again.

Not only did they do a fabulous job for me, but my daughter was looking at a house to purchase which was having a problem with the air-conditioner. They graciously were willing to come over and check it out, run some diagnostics and give us their opinion of it's functionality (which turned out to be fine). Again, they were incredibly responsive, professional and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or purchasing a new system.

Everything went fine with out any problems. They removed old system and installed the new system within 31/2 hours. They installed new hurricane pad, condenser and air handler. Great job and nice guys to work with. Completely satisfied with the job.

They come and clean the gutters. They came 6 months ago. They always come twice a year. They do a complete cleaning of the gutter and the whole 9 yards. I think they are very reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about them. I have to call him soon.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application and that it will now go through our "Approval Process". The Approval Process includes our volunteers contacting your references as well as doing a home inspection. Our volunteers make every effort to do this in a timely fashion as possible. If you are approved, you will be notified and then your application is placed on our "Waiting List". Depending upon which available rescued Bulldog will be the best match for you, the Waiting List part of the process can take up to 2 months...or longer in some cases. Also, just because a potential adopter has been on the Waiting List the longest, doesn't guarantee the next available bulldog is for him/her. Likewise, if you are contacted about a potential bulldog, you are NOT committed to adopting it unless FEBR and you agree to the match. My previous experience with air temp servicing my old system and keeping it running while I saved for a new one over

Overall, we had our AC running again the same night. That was extremely helpful since we have two little ones. However, I was a bit taken aback by the price. I had asked if there was any additional charge for coming out around 8pm (emergency call) and the tech told me no, no extra charge. He finished around 9PM or so. But the capacitor cost was around $220 which I found out later can be bought at home depot or lowes for much less. Of course, the knowledge to diagnose the problem and know how to fix is definately worth $. The way the invoice was written up left a bitter taste but the fact that we were up and running with AC again in such a short time was excellent and worth the money. I'd call them again, but I'd discuss the invoice a bit more before finalizing.

Very good transaction. From the initial contact by phone to a recording, someone called back to get the details and Bruce was on scene within 15 minutes. We had used this company before, a couple years ago, and had a good experience at that time, prompting us to call them again.
