Bob showed up ready to work. I couldn't believe it was a one-man job, but he was amazing! Our roof looks brand new again, all of the mud dobber nests are gone, our storm shutters are clean and ready to roll shut if we need them and our walkway is beautiful! Thank you, Affordable Pressure Washing, for sending Bob! He genuinely treated our home as if it were his own...didn't cut a single corner.

I’ve used this company a number of times over the last couple of years to pressure wash pool deck and enclosure, driveway, replace screening, and recently had the fence pressure washed. I'm so pleased with the entire team and their professionalism. I was promised a date and it was done. My home looks wonderful and I must say it was pretty dirty from overgrown trees that were recently trimmed and the roof was molded. Now that see how great it looks, I want to bring them back for a semi-annual cleaning to prevent my home from getting that dirty again. I just want to say thank you for a job well done.

I have used Affordable Pressure washing for several different jobs, 2 garage floors and inside and outside of an entire house. The garage floors were expensive, and in both cases the paint came off, and in one of them there were tons of tire marks on the garage floor after the painting. He tried to repair that one by putting another clear coat on the existing one, but he did not even clean the floor properly, so he put a clear coat on a dirty, marked up floor! For the second garage floor, the paint just came off in many places. He finally came over but acted rude and insinuated that I was just bothering him. Who in their right mind would pay good money to have a garage floor painted and the paint coming off in a few months? So he put another coat on, in another color, because he said he was certainly not spend much money on this and the other color was expensive. This paint is coming off as well.

Work done was excellent. Kerry is all about customer service. When he says he will be out to meet with you, he's there and on time. His employees are very respectful and ensure that the job is done well.

Kerry and his crew arrived on time (a few minutes early) and quietly began to work. After work was well under way, Kerry left. His crew worked as hard and were just as thorough as when he was there. They were polite and respectful. I was comfortable with them there despite being alone in the house and was also comfortable leaving the house while they were working. After all of the cracks had been repaired, edge work around the aluminum enclosure was done by hand perfectly and then the rest of the deck was rolled. They cleaned up after they finished so well it was impossible to tell a work crew had been there. Kerry came back the next day to check their work with me and to ensure I was satisfied. He then had his crew move all furniture back to its original place on the deck. It looked spectacular. Based on the outcome I contracted him to paint our house. Review on that to follow.

I will keep this review very simple and state that I could not have been happier with professionalism, service, timeliness, communication, and final product given by this company and Kerry. I have already recommended him to others and will continue to use him for my home in the future. I will also add that this was no easy job. The home was a foreclosure that had been sitting for a long time and also had never been painted and was made of stucco. I expected pressure cleaning to make a little difference but by the time his company was done the home looked brand new again. He also did my roof the proper way with chemical treatment so that he did not damage any of the shingles. He knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it. Job well done!

Never heard from this company again after being told they would be at my house for an estimate to do my driveway. There lose because he was # 1 on my list after reading the reviews. Going with the #2 company on my list with almost equal good reviews.

Kerry arrived exactly at the time he provided to look the house over and gave us an estimate. He set a date for the job a few days later. He and his courteous crew arrived exactly on time and went to work . The heat index that day was 106 in the sun. They cleaned everything better than I hoped and opened all the clogged gutters. After experiencing problems with other contractors ( late or no show and shoddy work) these guys were a godsend. I would recommend in a heartbeat and plan on using them for other jobs..

On the scheduled day, Terry called and said crew were on their way. Crew arrived and immediately went to work. At one point they had two machines running and completed work within 2 hours. We never used a pressure washing company before but everything looked great to us. We did use them 6 months later for the pool area,again very happy with work.
