Excellent. Scott was very thorough in his inspection and even got into small places in the "very hot" attic space. It took about 3 hours to complete the inspection and he reviewed all the findings verbally with pictures before sending out the written report. We would definitely recommend his services to our friends and family members. This inspection also included a wind mitigation report for the insurance company.

This home inspection company missed so many obvious issues with the house we hired them to inspect. They missed that the house had NO GFI plugs. They missed that the house was on Septic and NOT public sewer. They missed that the MAIN WATER SHUT OFF valve would only SPIN and not actually turn the water on or off. It was stuck ON and only would SPIN. This is only a minor sampling of the issues MISSED by this company. They were not even remorseful for their obvious oversights. Worthless company!

Kyle did an extremely thorough job. He spent time after his work was completed, to explain all of his findings, as well as pictures of his findings. This was extremely professional. I brought my realtor and a friend that does home repair and both were impressed with Accurate's business model and Kyles professionalism.

The home inspector was very knowledgeable and efficient. There was a problem he immediatly with house on first time he was out. He gladly came back after it was corrected. We would definitely recommend them.

Josh took pictures and reviewed the elements of our home for the state's required form - items such as the roof/wall connection, the roof covering and geometry, the hurricane shutters, etc. He was done and explained the report he was preparing. We received the report later that day and he also sent one directly to our insurance agent. Josh was reliable and we would recommend him and the company.

Very through inspection. Took about 2 hours to complete. We were pleased with the explanations and time that our inspector took to go over the entire report. We received a 29 page report on items found to be in good condition to those needing some or immediate attention. Very satisfied with the attention and professionalism we received from our home inspection.

After he finished, the results were discussed and a report would be sent.

This is the 2nd inspection that Accurate has done for us in the past 3 weeks. They did such a thorough job that unfortunately we decided not to go forth with the purchase of the first home due to the amount of major issue that were found during the inspection. Frankly I am very glad that they did such a great job and prevented us from buying what could have become a money pit right from the start. I did not hesitate to ask them to do the inspection for the home that we are currently trying to purchase. The also did a great job with pictures and details in all aspects of the inspections performed. They did find some minor issues, but it looks like this one might be a keeper. I would definitely hire accurate again if the need for inspection should arise in our future and would highly recommend them. They did not candy coat anything and I believe had our best interest in mind. They were very accommodating to our needs, both homes requested 7 day inspection and we were able to get them done with plenty of time to spare. They were very courteous and their prices are bang on with what we expected them to be. Thank you

I estimate that Scott has done more than 200 inspections for my customers and I have NEVER had a problem. He is efficient, courteous, thorough, fair and very professional.

He was very patient, and took his time. In the beginning I asked him if he was 18 yrs old because he looked so young (he wasn't. ) But at the end he remarked "I get that a lot. It makes me work even harder to prove myself to my customer!" I was extremely happy with the inspectors thoroughness, his knowledge, and his level of professionalism. He carefully reviewed all his pictures before he left for the day, and emailed me a full report the next morning :-) In setting my initial appointmwnt, they were very responsive, and even arranged my termite and pool inspector too.
