Very well. Technician was quick & very professional. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

Tech Marcus showed up on time. After 2 minutes told me the ice maker needed replacement and that he had one on the truck. Came in with a loose (no box) ice maker, compared it to the old one and said it would work. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed like he was trying to sell me an aftermarket part which would have been fine except he then tried to charge me top $$ for it. He then gave me a quote for $330.00 to replace it. This included $210 for the part and $110 for labor. It seemed high so I did a quick google search and found the same part for under $90. He then spent 10 minutes trying to convince me that even though it was the same part # it wouldn't work. He then charged me a $90 service charge to leave. Overall, a very bad experience.

They are pretty good. They are professional. They are quick to respond. They have a good cost, it was lower than many of the other competitors that I contacted.

Problem not solved. Charged for service that was not the problem. Same issue. Would not hire again. Didn't check it out well and didn't fix it correctly. Have moved since then. Now it's the landlord's problem or the next tenants.

Went well, but over charged us - Nice workman, very punctual - Over charged for turning on a faucet none of us knew was off! Honestly told us that was the issue - A+++, but charged $150 for the righty tighty, lefty loosely - F --- & would not rehire because of that alone

Repair technician Marcus arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. He advised on the cost and the need to order a replacement part. When the part became available, he called to schedule a time to do the repair. Again he was prompt and fixed our dishwasher. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Very well. when I called to contract their services, the phone was answered promptly. The technician arrived on time. while the job appears somewhat easy ( my opinion, not my field of work), it was the act of service that impressed me. He was very polite and informative. He told me what was needs to be done and took care of it. I then asked him to wait to help me put the stove back after I sweep the **** and dirt that accumulated around the stove. He offered to sweep it and then returned the stove to the original position. While I anticipated he would put back the stove, sweeping I don't think is his job. I thank him very much because I'm suffering from the effects of a stroke. Maybe it was his training, or how he is as a person but I call it great service, which is a far cry from my recent experience with a particular cable company. Thanks again A&J.

Fantastic! I called them at 7:30am (and they answered) and told them my problem. They recommended that I try a few things before I spent the money on a service call. I tried what they suggested and it worked!! Saving me the cost of a service fee. So thrilled with this service.

Did not diagnose problem properly. I had to call GE service. Pay for another service call and they fixed the problem.

Repair man came out and troubleshoot the problem and then ordered the Park. It took 5 days to get the part and then come back out and repair the dishwasher.

Great. The young man was on time and found the problem right away. He suggested we not replace the ice maker bit give his "fix" a chance to work. He said the service charge would be credited against the repair if we had to call them back in next two days. Very fair. And everything is working just fine.

He was a pleasure and you don't find many like him. He was just so nice! We would call him back in a second. He has a great personality and we are very happy with him. He went above and beyond.

Everything went well. Service man was timely professional and very communicative. He felt as though there was nothing wrong only that it may have been left ajar which caused it to run for a long time.

Received a call back within an hour and instead of scheduling the service the person that called told me over the phone how to fix my problem. His approach saved me over 100 dollar service call and I avoided "stupid tax". Any future issues they are my only call. Thank you.

Cody came out same day. Called around 1PM. He was excellent!!!! Remembered me from awhile ago. Very friendly and professional. Diagnosed problem fast. Would recommend him and this company to anyone.

not well !!!! the service man was here all of 20 min to tell me it would be around 400 for them to fix, I called and got a second opinion from another service man who fixed it in 30 min, when I called A&J they had miss diagnose the problem the told me that it was going to break again, and they would not refund my money, I was very unhappy with the out come and just to let them know the washer is running perfect. So no I would not recommend this repair service to any one. I work with the public and I have already started letting people know this is not the way to run a business, word of mouth is the best advertising good or bad.

Service was scheduled between 1-5pm. 5min until five I received a call they were on their way. But once they got to my house they knocked out the repair quickly and professionally.

We were not able to hire the company because we never rec'd a call back.

Anthony did a wonderful job - we talked about the fridge and everything he told me was spot on. Plus Juliana is a hoot! Very reasonable for what was done!

Repairman was professional & courteous. Was not able to fix due to product discontinued or out of stock part. Was second visit but didn't charge for visit. Would definitely us company again.

Not so good. I contacted the company on 7/13 and spoke to Tony. I described my problem and he said they would come out and see what parts they needed and be back in a couple of days to replace the required parts. I told him I would be out of town for a few days and he told me to call back when I got back into town. I told him I travel for my job and I am out of town every week and I didn't mind having to wait for them to return to complete the repair. He said they would come out 'tomorrow between 10 am and 2 pm'. I told him that would be fine as I would be home all day. Well, 10 am to 2 pm came and went. At about 2:10 pm I called to ask if someone would be out. Juliana told me Cody had called me and said his truck was broke and he would be late. I told her Cody may have called someone ---but not me. She suggested I check my cell coverage. (Cody had called a different customer-not me.) There was a great deal of discussion about 'why are you so angry' and she was trying to save young men's souls from what the world had done to them and they were an honest business, etc. etc. Tony was in the background saying, 'she said she would be home all day'. First off just because I was to be home all day did not mean I should spend all day waiting for their technician. Secondly, I was angry as I do travel so my days at home are limited and I have a lot to do while in town. Thirdly I was not pleased with Juliana's gibberish. Just answer my question and lets move on. Well, Cody calls and indicates he will be out to my house in about 30 minutes. OK fine. We are moving forward. Cody arrived. Nice young man. He determines what parts are needed and I write A & J Appliances a check for $371.43 to cover parts and labor. A few days later Cody calls to say he can't get all the parts. I tell him I will pay for the service call -- $89.95 and we agree he will return the original check. I then called LG Factory service and they came out on Friday 7/15. They will return tomorrow to install two of the three items I wanted. The replacement ice bucket for the door is no longer available. The cost will be $250.00 and that includes all parts and labor and service call fees. The moral of the story is: First and foremost do not buy LG appliances as parts seem to be difficult to get. My fridge is only 8 years old and was purchased new so I would think parts would be more readily available. (Unless the quality is so poor they have already used the spares produced.) Secondly, use a different appliance service. These people are difficult to deal with. I always try to use local independent business services. However, this choice was a mistake.
