LETS TELL THE TRUTH , A&J Appliance Service was out there ON JUNE 17th 2017, you left that part out HOW CONVENIENT!!! Let me remind you what your complaint was that your water was tasting FUNNY ,and that stuff was coming through the water,MY technician Marcus went out there , showed the customer that the reservoir tank was filled with algae and mold and stuff what's floating in it,, MARCUS The technician change the reservoir tank on JUNE 22nd 2017 , YES THE MONTH OF JUNE, ALSO CLEANED THE condenser coil for free no charge, The customer calls up 6 MONTHS LATER ,DECEMBER 7th 2017 AT 2:30 PM because all my phone calls are recorded , demanding us to come back I told the customer no problem you have to pay service call . Customer told us that a service call should be covered Under warranty . Proceeded to tell customer there is no warranty and that our warrantee is stated IN BLACK & White 31days, The customer story started to change because he told Me the owner A week after Marcus fixes the PROBLEM he had issues , MY response was why DID YOU NOT CALL THE OFFICE, IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM, I DONT UNDERSTAND,WHY YOU WOULD NOT CALL, YOU CALL 6 MONTHS LATER, as an educated customer or a educated consumer would do they would call the office , not wait six months to complain ! The funny part of this is that he THREATENED ME AND told me he was going to go on social media and badmouth MY COMPANY, WOULD ANY ONE like to hear the recording , SO LETS REVIEW THIS,,,, your mad and upset and not really telling the truth, THE service was performed 6months ago ,now You have an issue Don't want to pay for a service call to come out and see what's going on , and you say you spoke to the technician when the work was completed and a technician told you that it's guaranteed 31 DAYS stated on your receipt ,And he gave you specific orders not to call the office to ONLY call him , so you as an adult follow those instructions , never in your brain ,maybe you should call the office So now 6 MONTHS LATER you decide to call the office TO COMPLAIN,, THATS FUNNY, ANY Bad reviews I have are from customers like you, Not being completely honest and telling the truth .
