Description of Work: Charged us $79 to tell us washer broken and not worth repairing. Thought that was a bit steep but I called him after purchasing new washer and he gave me great free advice even though he wasn't expected to do so😄 overall very happy.

Description of Work: Our ice maker was not working, and the water dispenser was just a small stream. The water dispenser was fixed on first visit. They returned our call immediately, and came early the next day. The repair man was polite, friendly and explained what needed to be done. We paid for the house call on the first visit, which was then applied to the costs of part needed and labor. Part of the problem was fixed immediately and complete repair was made when part was received. They called as soon as the part came in and visited the next day. The same repairman was again very friendly and polite. The problem was fixed with the new part. The service was very good, and we will certainly used them again.

Description of Work: The repairman was able to detect a plugged up drain piece from the freezer section of my fridge. It had been causing a back up of water which led to a pool of water on the floor. He was able to put in a new tube to correct the problem. I have not had a problem since the repair. He advised that it shouldn't happen again. I had a coupon for parts and labor which he honored. The whole visit took about 20 min. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.

Description of Work: On Sun my freezer was not cold, turned out it was my fault for not closing the drawer properly. Before I figured this out I called Anthony since he has 24 hour service and received advice and he saved me money by telling what I could to avoid off hour charges. The next day freezer was fine so he did not need to come, but his honesty and availability by phone sold me that he is who I will call if a problem really occurs.
