The arrived as scheduled, made themselves available quickly considering the whole area was suffering from frozen and burst pipes. Very personable and pleasant. No huge upfront fees just for coming out. They came and fixed it and mailed us the bill which was very reasonable.

Called that morning and they came out a few hours later. Polite and got right on the job. Would definitely use again.

The plumber arrived in a timely manner and had called ahead to let me know his ETA. This was very much appreciated. The cost was a flat fee and was discussed before the work was done. Very satisfied.

Another company told us that Mize does both electrical and plumbing which saved a ton of time because coordinating contractors. While here they advised us of options and ideas that would be more efficient or give us what we really wanted without extra expense. They coordinated with the city for permits, etc, electric company to approve work and turn on service, water company for necessities. All done in one company. They know the local codes and necessary permits. Once their work was done they came back promptly to do each necessary step after utilities were approved. They went above and beyond what you would expect. We were new to town and had no idea where to start. We found several top notch contractors in the area.

Sometimes these days you don't have high expectations, you can only hope to get a good job. My request was simple, I needed a spigot out at my fence line in the front yard. It was such a quick and simple installation I worried the contractor wouldn't show up on time or at all thinking there wasn't much income there to bother. Not only did Bud Mize from Mize Plumbing show up on time he wasted none finding the water line and installing the spigot. When I came out to see how he had done he was busy putting the sod back in place and cleaning up the area. I gave the spigot the test and was impressed with how solid the line and connection was. I tried giving it a shake and it wouldn't budge, not in the least. He had even insulated the pipe starting underground. I expected to have to do that myself. Now that's attention to detail! I'm really happy with Mize Plumbing.
