He came right out and fixed it. He went all out and did a good job. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it. I appreciated this because it's so hard to get people out here to do anything. I was very impressed.

It went very good. He came out the next day after we called him. He had to come back for a wind mitigation inspection and he didn't even charge us an extra service fee for the work.

Mike called me back within the hour to discuss my needs. He answered my questions, gave me a price, and confirmed a date for the inspection. Prior to the scheduled date, he re-confirmed the appointment. Mike and crew arrived promptly for the inspection and gave me immediate answers to concerns I had. He also contacted me to make sure I had received his report and if there were any other questions. If you are looking for a reliable individual, give Mike a call.

Michael did an excellent job. He was thorough and provided us with a comprehensive and detailed report on the condition of the house. He called us the day after the inspection to give us a verbal summary of the report and sent the inspection report that day. I clearly identified areas of concern and offered a recommendation for repair or mitigation of the issues. Michael was extremely prompt in submitting his report to us.
