They did not really do anything to resolve the current problem we had.

The fleas seem to be gone. I think they did an okay job overall, but I think they weren't as thorough as they claimed. They told me they put a bunch of bug traps under my sinks, but I've only found one and the tag for the bugs to walk in wasn't even off. It's really hard to rate this service, because I've never had anyone come in to complete this type of service for me.

We used this company for a second opinion. We are moving in to a home that has been vacant for several years, and it previously had a hole in the roof, which was repaired. During the inspection, it was discovered that something had been chewing on the ductwork. The pest control tech that did the termite inspection had stated that it was probably rats and he gave an estimate of 400.00 to set out traps and poison(which did not include clean up of the dead rats or feces), though he said he wasn't sure what kind of animal was up there. We contacted Truely Nolan to come out and check since we weren't very confident that the first person knew what they were talking about, and Truley Nolan advertised that clean-up is included with their extermination services. The company was very professional and someone was out to the house to inspect within a few days. It turned out that we didn't have a rodent problem. A racoon had come into the attic when there was a hole in the roof, and had since left. We ended up just having the attic cleaned and sanitized due to the large amount of animal droppings that were covering our attic. Overall, we were very happy with the company, and we plan on using them in the future.

Richard came for the estimate on time. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of pests. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the process. The service man (sorry, I don't remember his name) came the day scheduled, on time and got right to work. Everything in the proposal was done in 5-6 hours. We were told we might see some swarming a day or 2 later as they were dying, and we did. Since then we haven't seen or noticed anything since. Even the termites in the back yard under the potted plants are gone. A job well done. A concern was for my cat, but he was not affected in any way. Angie's List discount is reflected in the price.

They get the job right and their prices are reasonable.

We use them for a whole year. They come out quarterly. They seem to be knowledgeable about their products. They are also reasonably priced.

They have excellent service. I recommended them to my neighbors because I liked them so much. Their prices are competitive on average. The quality of the work is good. If I do find anything between visits, all I have to do is call and they will come back. It's the same service men that take care of my house every time so if I have an issue, I can call their cell phones to take care of it.

The man that came out monopolized the conversation. I thought their price was reasonable providing that I would pay for a years worth of service up front. They were punctual but I decided to go with another company to do the work.
