It went fabulous [again, our 2nd time with them]. Our initial office contact and home visit scheduling were effortless and a delight [office staff were polite, professional, prompt]. The home visit to measure the walk-in shower glass was scheduled and completed within 1 working day. The glass was installed a couple weeks later as scheduled. Installation crew came on time, were impeccably professional, polite, left no messes and asked for our opinion[s] on a couple items. Install was flawless and trouble free. Awesome!!!

Shower door leaks and they installed mirror with scratched back. Bart will make all kinds of promises but will never deliver. They were the cheapest bid and they did cheap work. Run don?t walk from Tri-$hitty Glass because you will only get less than what you paid for. Bart said that the shower is within specs but it leaks. He said he will replace the mirror but were still waiting after calling and asking when are you coming back to replace the scratched mirror. They got the bad mirror in two days and now going on three weeks Bart says he is still waiting on the replacement mirror. PLEASE! REALLY! They are just stalling in hope you will give up!

They aren't residential oriented. They do doors for plazas and businesses and government, big glass plate doors. they are not for regular people, they are for commercial, they are a big commercial operation.

Bart and Craig showed up 10 min early with everything we talked about and did a flawless installation. It ended up $50.00 less than quoted. When does that happen. I highly recommend this company.
