+ -1 moreIt went real well. He removed the carpet, cleaned up the floor and began laying tile. He makes it look so easy! He really thinks ahead and makes good progress. A couple good days and he was done. I bought the materials and he picked them up at the Home Improvement Center.The tiles are in and the carpets gone. For a small fee he hauled the carpet off too! Neat as a pin. Thanks Matt . We will use you again!!!
Description of Work: I had Matt tear out my living room and hall carpets and tile those areas!

Description of Work: I had a pipe break behind floor to ceiling cabinets in my garage. The plumber need to have the cabinets removed in order to fix the break and stop the flooding of the garage. I called Straub in a panic. Matt was at my home in 30 minutes. He gave me a great price and started the work. He neatly stacked the wood from the cabinets and cleaned the area when he completed the work. Matt knew I was in a bind and needed the work done immediately. He could have gouged me with the price, but didn't. I am looking around my house to see what else I can hire him to fix. Great Job! Thanks!!

+ -1 moreIT WENT REAL GOOD HE DID NEED TO COME BACK A DAY OR 2 LATER TO GROUT THE TILES IN . HE INSTALLED A MEDICINE CABINET ON THAT TRIP. WHAT A DIFFERENCE , HE TRANSFORMED THE ENTIRE ROOM IN 6 HOURS! I HAVE USED HIM TO OTHER PAINTING PROJECTS ETC. AND EVEN PLUMBING. STILL ONLY $15 PER HOUR. HE'S VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST. YOU'LL LIKE MATT STRAUB!
Description of Work: HE REPLACED MY OLD BATHROOM SINK WITH ONE FROM HOME DEPOT. THENHE DID A TILE REPLACEMENT ON A BACK SPLASH IN A BATHROOMHE REMOVED SEVERAL OLD TILES AND REPLACED THEM WITH NEW DECO TILESIT TOOK ABOUT 6 HOURS FOR ALL HE DID. HE CHARGES $15 PER HOUR
