Description of Work: SOLICITATION FOR REDUCED RATE AIR DUCT CLEANING/AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE. ARRANGED FOR APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE. NO SHOW. REPEATED FOLLOW-UP CALLS NOT RETURNED TO EXPLAIN NO SHOW. FINALLY RECEIVED ANSWER MACHINE MESSAGE INQUIRING IF I WANTED TO SCHEDULE SERVICE CALL.

Description of Work: Guy came out to do estimate. He told me that the system was unrepairable and wanted to charge me $5000 for a new unit, but I had to get it right then. Very high pressure. I had another company come out and do the repair for $45.
