The job was somehow misplaced or forgotten due to customer and store miscommunications. The store representative did finally reach back out to me after a period of time and is currently trying to work out a solution to my problem. I commend him for following up and getting back to me. Hopefully, he will have some resolution this go around.

The paver installer did not leave enough room for our hurricane panels, so they had to adjust the panel to fit. They are phenomenal, good at coming when you need them and very fairly priced. They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend and absolutely use them, again.

I bought the $600 deal off of Angie's List and that covered I don't remember how many square feet, but the total cost of the job was $1000 even. I definitely would use them again.

Professional, on call 24/7, never delayed. Great team to work with. Can do all jobs big and small. Had 4-5 different guys in and out of the house doing different jobs. They were all courteous, professional, and punctual. All jobs were done correctly and to my specifications. I will highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

He did a wonderful job. You can't even tell where he did it. They are wonderful people. They are the only people I would use. They are like a handyman service and they just bend over backwards to do a good job.

It was fine. The work was fine. I just don't think I would use them again. I would go with someone else. He was late getting here. We had to reschedule a couple of times. I wouldn't use them again.

Mark was the one that did the digging and sealing he also was the one that installed the laminate flooring. Scott was the one that installed the pocket door and fixed the broken truss. Both gentlemen where very courteous, friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job. And after they where done the made sure everything was cleaned up. Scott even came up with a way to install the pocket door without tearing all the walls apart as first was initiated. I almost was not going to have that done do to that fact but then he came up with that idea (outside of the box kind a thinking) and I am so very happy now !!!

It went very well. The only thing that got in the way was mother nature. But that tends to happen during the summer months in Florida. Overall, the project went very well and I would highly recommend this company.

They actually cleaned up after themselves. It was a miracle! I’ve had numerous other companies out to my property and I’ve had to clean up after all of them.

The salesman/estimator gave the installers incorrect drawings. We are STILL awaiting the installers to respond to our phone calls telling us when they will correct the gutter installation. The salesman (Jeff) assured the installers would be here 9/24-9/25 but we haven't heard anything. The gutter work has been completed 9/26/2015.

It turned out good. I finally got it scheduled and it got completed yesterday. The guy that came out and did the work was awesome. Getting it scheduled was one big hustle. The individual who called me to schedule informed me that I had to provide the materials and I said no problem, I just need to know what to buy. When I finally scheduled it the first time and the guy came out, there was some miscommunication with the company because the guy that I spoke to, to schedule the job did not communicate what the job entailed to the person who was actually doing the work. So he came out, looked at everything and said he didn't have the equipment and the materials to do the job. We had to reschedule and we rescheduled for yesterday and the same guy that came out and looked at the place came out and did the work and he was awesome. I had several places that had been damaged due to roof leaks that I had a few years back. I thought it was a good price for a full days work of labor. He's very conscientious about covering furniture with plastic and drop cloth. He was also very good about cleaning up after himself.

The guy said to me, we don’t hang pictures, we make too much per hour to hang pictures. I just moved into this place and I had various things that needed to be done. I used the word picture; I guess I should have used art-work. They were done in two and a half hours but I had other things that weren’t as worthy as that for which they said, we make too much per hour to do those and I was like, see ya later. They did a fine job with the TV mounts. They did a good job. They weren’t overly friendly, they weren’t rude either and just did what needed to be done and that was it. I don’t have any warm fuzzies about them, I will never use them again but what they did, they did it well. For what I got, the service was overpriced because they only did two and a half hours worth of work and there was a zillion things that I could have had them do.

Jeff came a half hour after my desperate call for help with frozen shower fittings. This was a late evening call made after hours of struggling to replace the leaking shower knobs with new fittings. He couldn't have been more sympathetic or professional. He not only got my frozen fixtures loosened and removed, he also removed the back screws that I didn't even know would need to be taken out. Then, he helped me install the new fittings and knobs by walking me through every step. And then showed me the essential steps to make sure the whole mess worked correctly. I could not have done this fix by myself after all, I just didn't have the right tools and knowledge. I'm so grateful that Home-Aide Services was the one I called for help and I fully intend to use his company for all the home fixes I've been putting off.

I purchased a Big Deal with them for a handyman for the day. When I spoke with them over the phone, they informed me that they were unable to do plumbing and electrical services without my having to pay additional fees. I did not end up working with them.

All communication was prompt and professional. We agreed on a date for the job. Installer was on time and completed the work within the designated timeframe. We hired the same company and installer to hang 75 sheets of drywall. Would not hesitate to contact them again. Good Quality Work Performed. We are very happy with the results.

It went very well. It was a little h****** everyone because we live in Orlando and the house is in Clearwater. There were renters in the house before us that destroyed the lighting system and these guys fixed everything and brought it all up to code. As far as the fencing, they went above and beyond to get us the best price ever. They will be doing an addition for us in the future and other projects............. They are very honest and trustworthy. You have to remember that we were not there and we trusted them so much, that they had a key. I do not hand out a key to anyone, so you know that they can be totally trusted with your valuables. Always calling and giving us updates. Mike and Jeff and their crew are the best.

It was requested that the original day scheduled to begin work be moved back one day. Residents consented to this schedule change and all ensuing operations where performed smoothly and efficiently thereafter. The two tradesman assigned to the task (Wayne & Daniel) were prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable and quick to understand the breadth and scope of the project and the needs of the owners. A number of good, usable recommendations were made and executed by the crew and the work progressed smoothly and efficiently within the eight man hour project span allotted. They cleaned up all trash and debris before leaving without prompting. We will definitely use this supplier in the future if need arises.

We called the service provider and we had a few conversations back and forth but 30 days later the project was never complete.

I thought the deal included materials. It did not. I have since had the repairs done myself.
