PUR Plumbing Inc

They arrived 2 hours late. They overcharged me. When I complained about the overcharge to the plumber, he tried to physically intimidate me. Their office rep, Maryanne, was rude, unprofessional, petty and continually lied to me. I had to get my bank involved to get a partial refund. They even have a FAKE OFFICE in Tampa so they can pretend to send someone from nearby. If you click the website link for the Tampa office off of a google search, it takes you to the Port Richey website. On google maps, the street ends at 501 and does not go to the 305 listed. These people are CRIMINALS.

Upon arrival Pur's people presented themselves as true professionals. They called ahead, arrived on time and were friendly. The agent gave me clear explanations of his work process and provided an estimate quickly. It was obvious the man knew what he was doing. The project went smoothly. The work was done quickly and quietly with no mess left behind. I barely knew there was work being done. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely hire them again.

Original work was not performed correctly. I moved on to a different plumber to fix Pur's initial jetting, and diagnosis. When the owner of Pur found out that a member of his team did not assist with diagnosis or proper jetting he contacted me. He has offered to cover the complete cost of the plumbing company that I called after Pur did not complete the job. I am very impressed by this honest - hands on owner. An owner cannot always guarantee perfect service, but he can be a person of integrity and follow-up. Do to this excellent service from the owner ,I will go back to Pur for future work. Amazing integrity in a day when most lack this most important ingredient.
