Brody came out and was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, due to the age and condition of my unit, he was not able to perform a through cleaning of the evaporator coil as I had hoped. However, he still tried his best in the hot attic and took the time to take good photos of the coils to show me. He made recommendations and told me my options without any sales pressure.

We had our house built and these are who the builders used, so we stuck with them. They come once a year. They are very good. They were here when they told us they would be here. They give us a time and then they call when they are nearby because we have a locked gate. It was one man who came to complete the service. It took him about an hour.

Turned out that the repair was too difficult and no technician from any AC company could really pinpoint the main problem I was having, plus the age of my system, so it was recommended I purchase a new system. Money was an issue. However, they were able to give me what I considered a very fair price for a new system & warranty, and get me in a 5 or 6 year pay plan interest free, and with a very, very, low monthly payment, so I bit the bullet and purchased a new system. Here's what I think about Progressive Air Systems: These are good peeps - from customer service to sales, Excellent! I had been having problems with my dying central air system for a long time and needed a new, updated system. A complete system, including a new air handler. Paul came out and gave me a great deal on a brand new upgraded unit. I don't think it would have been possible to find a better deal anywhere else that was 100% legit of course, and included a warranty. In addition, Paul was a pleasure to work with and to top everything off I was able to get the entire system not only professionally installed in one day, but the very next day! Now that is superior customer service in my book and shows that they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Everything went smooth and hassle-free, just like my new AC system. It was refreshing to deal with HONEST and trustworthy people instead of unethical business tactics/tricks/scams! I would recommend Progressive Air Systems, Inc. to anyone looking for quality no nonsense sales and service.

Called 24 hour service. Asked them to setup service call on Monday morning. Tech called back anyway in about 15 mins to check. Talked to dispatch at 8:15am on Monday and was given an appointment window of 1-4pm. Tech arrived at 2pm. Drain line was clogged and had to be cut, cleaned out and put back together. Took about 90 mins. Did system checkup as well. Went well. Tech had the right tools including vacuum and high pressure nitrogen gas to blow out the line and suck out debris. No complaints..

I called them to come out and do the work for us, however our property manager had to select which company we would use. They were great, they were very responsive, and I would've used them if I was able.

They do an outstanding job. I have used them many times. I had a new guy come out who didn't do a very good job for me, but when I called the company, they sent someone else right out who was able to fix things up, and at no extra charge.

Everything went very well. So well, in fact, that we plan to use them again this year for our AC maintenance. I regret that I didn't write this review earlier, as the details would be much more fresh in my mind.... but with having time lapse I can say that almost 1 year later, my AC/heat pump is still going strong and I am happy they came to service it. The technician also told me a helpful hint that I wasn't aware of - that every time we change our filters, to also pour some bleach down the I-don't-know-what-it's-called - that way it keeps any algae from building up and clogging. Of course, he said it's a better idea to do that when the AC is not currently blowing, that way we don't have a bleach smell throughout the house. As a side note, my parents also use Progressive and they are the ones who urged me to call them. We moved to this county less than 2 years ago and didn't know of any AC technicians in the area. My parents are in this county and have had Progressive air system for years (they have a maintenance contract with them) and have never had problems. They highly recommend them. And we had a good experience with them and plan to use them again.

GREAT.....SOMEONE WHO REALLY CARES... THEY WILL BE SERVICE POINT FOR A/C I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Not good. The service man marked the bill of sale that the customer declined leak testing. What happened was that I was relying on the service tech to give me info that I could use to make and informed decision. The ac unit was recharged and no leaks were tested for or fixed so in 3 days time the system did not cool again. I called progressive again and a different service tech came out and leak tested the unit and said that there were leaks and he did not offer to repair but said the ac unit was an oddball brand, agreed, and that the service manager would call with price of new coil, new unit, etc. I followed up with the service manager but it took 10 days for his call. I called another ac firm and their tech found 2 leaks, repaired them and the unit has been working fine since.

Got estimate on 5/2 they started install on 5/9 and finished on 5/10. They were professional, timely and clean. They even came in a little under estimate.

Progressive serviced my old system in March of 2011 which was failing and after numerous repairs the Tech offered estimates for a replacement AC system. The Tech was informative and offered numerous system options for me to choose from covering different SEERs and prices. I made my choice and the system was installed shortly after without any problems. They even deducted the repair cost of my old unit from the price of the new system. The installers did a lot of little extra things to make it a professional installation. I have used them annually for servicing the new unit to keep it in tip top condition. They also recommended I put a surge suppressor on the units to keep from damaging the units during brown outs and power failures (lost a capacitor already). Overall I have been satisfied with their abilities and performance. They also have 24 hour service if needed and of course my capacitor went out on a Sunday in the summer but they responded within 2 hours and had me up and running.

I found out by looking up the AHRI certificate that it's a discontinued 14 seer model and although I was promised a callback by a manager I never received one. So, THAT lack of follow up from management is ultimately why I am saying that this was an over all fail by progressive. The lady I spoke with who promised a manager callback was also adamant and argumentative and did not listen to me. As a result I also remain a little bit skeptical about seer rating.

They did a good job, explained everything they were doing and we were very satisfied with the service. In fact we have signed a maintenance agreement with them. We got a big deal and it was for diagnosing a problem and they found the problem, identified what the issue was and did a good job of explaining what it was all about. So we were very satisfied. We have a new house and the contractor had installed a very bad system.

I called Progressive to speak with them about a yearly maintenance contract in 2010. It was determined after that I had a leak in my old AC. They installed anew one. They protected all the flooring inside the house. They were efficient, and performed the task well. I still have my Haeting/AC contract with them today.

We have a contract with them. We've had no problems with them at all. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. The quality of the work is very good. They are very responsive. We will probably stay with them.

Service agent was here within three hours of calling. He did some minor tweaking on the unit. He performed the service with a smile on his face.

He was in an out in 2 hours. The guy was terrific. He explained to me everything he did and why it happened. He cleaned up well. It was perfectly immaculate. They responded quickly and did a great job!

Two technicians (Lance and Randy) installed two ducts and serviced both of my units. Not the easiest of jobs as they had to make sure both ducts were placed in an optimal location. This involved climbing through my small attic, avoiding all the cable wires, speaker wires, existing duct work, existing electrical lines. Work was done quickly, neatly and professionally.

I called Progressive to do routine maintenance on 2 air conditioners for my home. I found out that one of the systems was leaking freon, and was not worth repairing. I purchased a new a/c and also signed a contract for routine maintenance. I found all the employees involved with these transactions to be helpful and professional. The install went very smoothly. They covered all flooring in my home leading to the upstairs system. They transplanted plantings which were in the way of the outside system. All in all I had a good experience.

Technician was personable and professional. Work was completed under warranty.
