National Pools of Pasco

We've got a quote from 7 different companies and had several of them on site. Our house is in already established development, each back yard is fenced, a lot of trees around, access is tricky. We were looking for the company to do everything, starting with the excavation and finishing with sod ready backyard. Financially the National offer was below the average and wasn't the cheapest one but considering the cost of the project (roughly $30k) we were looking for reliability before cost. They didn't have too many reviews but their BBB and RipOff records were clean. I've called the references provided and everybody seemed to be extremely happy with the work they did. Better yet, every single reference was so proud of their pool that they invited me to come over and see for myself. We've signed contract with National at the beginning of March, the work started at the beginning of April and we were swimming in our pool the first week of June. Everything was on schedule. The weather was very cooperating and there was no delays. As usually with this kind of project once everything started we've changed a thing here and there, extended deck and screen etc. Moe from National was extremely helpful. He answered every email the same day, reviewed every single change, got the new quote within days. There were a couple of sub-contractors but he was organizing everything perfectly. Of course there were issues, the chlorinator started leaking and needed to be replaced, the pump died the first day it run etc but they replaced everything within the day. All permits has been completed and all inspection passed (again everything organized by Moe team). Now it's almost 6 months after the project was completed. The swimming season is over but everything works and looks perfectly. Couldn't been happier. For any pool project I highly recommend National Pools of Pasco.
