As usual it went very well. Paul has been servicing my home and office computers for years and is excellent at his profession. I would not trust anyone else with the responsibility of maintaining the service of my computers.

Over the course of 20 years me, and my company, have dealt with Microdata. Paul, the owner, is always available to work with our computer systems as well as other computer and program vendors. He integrates our systems with the many different medical programs and makes sure they are all working together in a HIPPA compliant way. He is responsive and well aware that in this day and age if our computers go down, our operation goes down. He is always responsive. He never leaves the job site until he makes sure all components are working efficiently. In our area of Pinellas, Hernando and Hillsborough counties of Florida he is the source to go to for efficient, competent computer and network needs. I can't recommend him enough.

Perfect as usual! Our Company has used Micro Data for over 20 Years and we have never been disappointed. All the work they have done for us has been Superior! They are friendly, responsive and their pricing is competitive. They will always find a economic solution to your problem and they will not over sell. As a small business we need someone to handle our IT and we know we can always count on Micro Data Systems. We rely on Micro Data Systems for all our Hardware and Software needs and we do not know what we would do without them!

We have engaged Micro Data for many years and we consistently have received Superior service and products. Paul stops in the office when needed. He seems to magically appear shortly after we call if we can't trouble shoot on the phone with him or one of his team members. He quickly updates all the computers in our network. Paul is so patient, when we want him to help with multiple issues when he's in house. Then he provides instructions so we can troubleshoot in the future. When our company expanded, he turned our storage area into a new workstation and set up another user to our requirements. We had Micro Data purchase the equipment as they charge competitive price and know the products. With the Google Calendar we set up a new Gmail account so our private email account was not shared. We had many uses for the calendar. We needed an option to reserve a conference room and Paul at Micro Data solved our scheduling of room issues. Our building had repeated power outage issues and we always got prompt service so we had minimal down time. We decided to replace a virtual server that was not user friendly, which we had before we engaged Micro Data. The team at Micro Data provided us with a new server with our tax programs that are tricky due to the yearly versions and the document manager system with absolutely no problems. I recommend Micro Data without any hesitation.

Staff was verk courtious and knowledgable. Not only did they fix the problem quickly and effectivly but they gave me tips on how to keep the problem from recurring. Overall excellent place.
