Description of Work: Who knew dumpsters for the weekend were/are in high demand? Not me. I needed a dumpster for the weekend and I spent several hours trying to locate a service with a dumpster for a Saturday morning delivery. I finally called Jams Junk at 7:30p on a Friday night thinking I would have to leave a voice mail, nope Jene answered the phone. He said he had one that he could delivery the next morning. SCORE! Polite, safety conscious and on time. I then needed another dumpster the next week, and sure enough Jene was there. I have been rehabbing a home I bought, and several trades I have had in the home to do work are more talk/show than actually quality work,....not Jene. And you may think, its a dumpster,..what’s the big deal. Well, the big deal is when you have demo work being done and if crews have to wait for a dumpster,...tick tock. Or the dumpster person calls last minute to say ‘oh sorry, we made a mistake we don’t have one now” You have junk? Call Jams Junk, asl for Jene,...you will NOT be disappointed, I wasn’t. THANKS JENE!!!!

+ 0 moreThey were excellent! They scheduled to look at the work that need to be done. I had squatters that used my yard as a dump! There were couches, mattresses, tires, old mowers, carpets, and then a mound of just plan old junk! They scheduled a time sent pictures of before and after shots. I am out of state! The really worked there tail ends off! Jams Junk were professional, punctual and very fair! Thank you!

They are exceptionally professional, calling ahead of time to indicate when they would arrive (they arrived on time), & carrying out the job without a complaint. I might add that this job was not an easy one given the weight of the books they needed to carry downstairs multiple times. I would use them again without any question.
Description of Work: Removing patio furniture, gas grill, a wine cooler, and desks & approximately 200 books, 75 journal folders, & 50 large file folders from an upstairs office.

A representative answered immediately and quoted me a price of $75 to remove and haul away two queen-size mattress and box spring sets from a rented storage unit. We scheduled the removal for 2/25/16 at 10:00 a.m. A little before 10:00 a.m. on 2/25/16, a Jams representative called me to let me know he was about 5 minutes away from the storage facility. He and another representative were present and were very cordial and professional. They loaded the mattress sets into the trailer beds of their trucks, secured them appropriately, accepted my payment of $75 and left. This was an excellent experience from a customer service perspective all the way around. It was easy to reach someone, set an appointment, get a quote and have timely, friendly, professional service provided as promised. I would very much recommend Jams Junk Removal to anyone for this type of service.
Description of Work: Removed/hauled away two queen-sized mattress and box spring sets and a foam mattress topper from a rented storage unit.

Description of Work: They came out and loaded the trailer themselves with all the junk. I was surprised how much fit. They made a separate pile of just scrap metal and said they could load it as well or I could save money and have a scrap guy come get it for free. That's what I did and it's nice to have that kind of honesty. He could have been greedy and just took it but it would have cost me more money.

+ 0 moreI called them up and they came by my home within 30 minutes which was quicker than expected. :) Looked at the items to be removed including some rotting dog houses in my backyard. Provided a quote and done. They removed all the items quickly and efficiently. Items included one old rear projection TV, one small TV and lots of boxes full a junk. A coffee table and small table. Will definitely do business with them again!
