Geek Squad - Best Buy

These people have no clue what they are doing. I told the girl you can’t turn it on before trying the factory reset and what does she do she turns it on! Then they come up with an excuse to why they can’t do it now. I told the guy it was off when it came in and the girl lied saying it was on which is bs check the camera you can watch her turn it on! Very disappointed, not so tech savvy in this location

It was good. The guy who came in was Martin.

The price is the reason we bought it there. Responsiveness is a B because it took us a few minutes to get someone to come over. We walked in, we knew what we wanted, it took us a little bit to get somebody to bring it up for us. They were a little short handed that day.

The Insignia Tech Support telephone call sent me to the Geek Squad to provide a software update on my insignia Blue Ray Player. they wanted $30 to update it and then discovered that there was no update since 2011 and the manufacturer would no longer offer one. This is Best Buy's proprietary brand and yet they have no service for it. They can't go out of business fast enough.

Transferred all data & Pictures to I-Pad from computer,also explained how to do certain functions on computer.was completed a day sooner then we were told

They did everything pretty much the way they should they would and everything was worked out fine and everything was adequate.

They are good. I am happy with the service that they did.

Went to the store bought a TV, had it delivered and set up

I thought that they were very good. They have got quite a knowledgeable staff there, especially in regards to computers. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

He didn't have to do this, but he did. I thought this was very nice.

I haven't received the speakers yet. Otherwise, everything has gone smoothly.

They guys were great. They removed the old freezer and brought in the new one as well as with the TV. To get the fridge in the door they had to remove the door and all the pieces from the hinges and it took awhile for them to get it through my second door. The guys were joking with one another, which made my experience with them go very well. The attached all the pieces back for the door. They did attach 2 pieces incorrectly, but they came back the same day to fix it. I had a great experience with.

The experience was fine. They didn't have very many products to choose from, though I was pleased to find a VCR. I have had nothing but trouble with it and they aren't very helpful when I call them.

I shopped around and found a really nice computer here for much less than it usually costs. Then next one closest is almost twice as much. We went to Best Buy and they were sold out because they had sold thirty seven that day. I got online at the store and ordered it online and had it shipped to me. Which was very convenient. The experience was wonderful. It was easy, quick and simple. I got what I wanted.

You don't get the attention that you need from the employees. When you ask people questions they have to go ask someone else to get the answer. It seems like the staff doesn't know much about the products. It is a frustrating experience. I feel like they are wasting my time.

Both of my computers work very well. I had a good experience there. The staff was knowledgeable. I compared prices and Best Buy was really the best price.

SINCE I WAS A LITTLE INSECURE ABOUT SETTING UP MY NEW COMPUTER, IT WAS A RELIEF TO HAVE A TECH WHO WAS UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL, AND HE CALLED WHEN HE KNEW HE WOULD BE LATE.

THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOME AND SAID THEY DON'T SERVICE TV'S, BUT JUST TO SEE IF IT WAS PLUGGED IN RIGHT, AS THEY STATED ON THE PHONE PRIOR THAT THEY DO. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT TO MY HOME 3 TIMES AND SUB CONTRACTED TO FIX TV THE 4TH TIME. TV IS UNDER WARRANTY. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS OF GETTING THIS FIXED. THEY CONSTANTLY CANCELLED ON ME. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THIS IS A BRAND NEW TV PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY. THEY WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. DID NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICE BUT TV WAS 3,000.
