I cant remember the exact date or cost but both were close. Gator Air called me about an all inclusive inspection and maintenance on my air conditioning unit and handler. I 1/2 listened to what the gentleman had to say until he said that the guarantee no break-downs of my air for 6 months. At that point I asked him if he would repeat everything I had only 1/2 listened to. (Every year for the previous few years before, my air conditioning had gone down right at the worst time!). Fast forward...they came the exact date and time they promised, they charged me exactly what they said they would (and they spent over an hour working on my outside unit and handler) and, best of all, my air conditioning has worked perfectly ever since with no break downs! (It's been aprox. 9 months!). They were kind, respectful, efficient and great at what they do. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Overall it was a good experience and we will use them again in the future..

I told Jason on the phone the problem and the make of the unit, Jason told me cost estimate on the phone and said how much it would cost to repair unit.. Jason arrived on my schedule and had the part needed to repair the unit. He quickly repaired the unit and told me when the best time of the day to run the unit for maximum efficiency. His cost were about 25% lower that other estimates. within $3 of estimate. (tax on part) I would use him again.
