Great. Fast turn around after he picked up the mower and returned it.

Brought my cheap, year-old Murray push mower in because it wouldn't start & was told I'd be called with an estimate if it looked pricey relative to the cost of the mower (about a hundred bucks clearance). The $20 deposit I was required to put down should have been a red-flag but I needed the mower in a hurry & the shop had received good reviews on AL, so . . . Well, they got the job done in two days - which was great - but when I went in the charge was $85 for a carburetor rebuild, tune-up & air filter. Huh? Where was my estimate? Yeah, sorry, you didn't ask for one (forget that they had the wrong tag on my mower). So I'm not happy but instead of trying to appease me the owner gives me the 'we can always pull the parts' line which I would have been happy to take him up on if I didn't need the mower ASAP. So carb rebuild (?), twenty bucks for an unasked for "tune-up" (spark plug) + ten bucks for a crappy plastic air filter . . . really?

Did not fix mower based on price of the transmission. It would have cost more than half of a new one.

Price for work done seemed a bit high, but no complaints otherwise.

I call Dwayne and told him that I was having a problem with my lawn mower. I brought it into him, he gave me a price and told me that the work would be completed in three days. He called me later that day and said that it was ready. I went to pick up the lawn mower, he started it up, told me what he did for the tune-up, and paid exactly what he quoted. I have been unhappy with other services before but Dwayne's was a very positive experience and I plan to go back to him for all my small motor repairs

My lawn mower now starts easier and runs better than it ever has. It's an old mower, but now it runs like new. Dwayne did a fine job at a good price.

DWAYNE WAS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL, CONSIDERING WE WERE OUT OF HIS NORMAL BUSINESS OPERATING TERRITORY. HE CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY (BEFORE A HOLIDAY) TO PICK UP OUR BELEAGURED RIDING MOWER AND TOLD US THAT HE WOULD CALL TO LET US KNOW AFTER HE CHECKED IT OUT. TRUE TO HIS WORD, HE DID. HE BASICALLY OFFERED HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINION THAT IT WASN'T FINANCIALLY WISE TO REPAIR OUR RIDER AND WE WOULDBE BETTER OFF PURCHASING ANOTHER, SINCE THERE WERE SEVERAL THINGS THAT REQUIRED REPAIR. WE TRADED OUR RIDER FOR HIS TRIP CHARGE, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN $50. WE FELT HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CONSIDERATE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

DWAYNE WAS VERY PERSONABLE. VERY FRIENDLY. HE AGREED TO PICK UP OUR MOWER FOR A VERY FAIR RATE AS WE WERE OUTSIDE OF HIS USUAL AREA. HE PERFORMED THE WORK ONLY AFTER CALLING AND LETTING ME KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

COMPARED TO SEARS, DWAYNE'S WORK WAS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE. HIS WORK WAS SUPERIOR.

He charged just $120. I was expecting more like $300 based on past experience.
