problems with installation, never returned numerous calls to rectify situation

We had wanted a bid on rescreening bird cage and enclosing small patio area with acrylic windows. We called them several times and left messages with no call back. A neighbor was having some work done by them and recommended them to us , unfortunately we made it clear we were not interested and why. The owner of Carmack's came down several days later and apologized and said if we were still interested he would give us a written estimate that day. We decided to give him another chance, the bid was a fair one and we agreed to sign a contract with him when he had it drawn up. He called us back and set an appointment to sign the contract. The day of the appointment he was a no show, although he called a couple of hours later to check when his appointment was at which time I told him he had been given his last chance and that we were done with him! End of story.

Bob did a great job on installing the new lani screen. Very professional. He gave me a price quote on new gutters. And im having him install them. The gutters he is installing is larger than i have now, and will not clog as much as my old gutters because he is using bigger gutters and large drain spouts. I highly recommend him.

They preformed as expected and were very punctual and completed the job within a couple of hours. We have used them before for screening our pool. We will continue to use them as needed.

I called "Carmack Quality Aluminum, Inc and was told that a serviceman would be there within an hour and a half. A representitive arrived with an hour . I neglected to open the sliding garage screens before pulling out and bent 3 panels. The serviceman straitined the frames and replaced them in working order.

Carmack's shipment of the garage screen panels did not arrive Monday as expected, but did arrive on Tuesday morning.. Installing the Screen panels was then planned for Tuesday afternoon, but heavy rains prevented Carmack's from actually installing the Garage Screen Panels until Thursday morning. They had all the tools they needed, all the equipment to do the job right the first time, and that is what they did. Took them about 2 1/2 hours in high heat and humidity, but they did everything right, the door panels slide smooth, and the job was done just perfect. No problems at all. Perfect job. The product is expensive, but if we do not back out of the garage through the closed screen panels, we should get many years of use out of the screen enclosure.
