Arrived spot on time, introduced themselves and got straight to work. The crew were very professional in all aspects of the job and when finished, explained exactly what they had found and any recommendations. They then cleaned up and left.

They did a good job. There was a lot of mildew on the house that they removed. No plants were damaged. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was great and the service was good. I am quite pleased with the quality. They were very friendly, easy to work with, very professional, and knew what they were doing. I was impressed with them. They got the job done in about 1-2 hours.

They did a great job. Windows sparkle. Our patio doors slide easier since they did such a thorough job of removing the accumulated dirt. The gutters do a much better job since the team cleaned out all the gunk (2 black contractor bags filled with accumulated debris). In addition our roof looks 100% better. All the mold and accumulated dirt from 10 years was removed. Hoping that this will help extend the lifespan of our roof. I have had Joe and his team perform work before and they do an outstanding job. They are prompt, courteous, and perfectionists.

I bought a new house. It had renters in it before me and I wanted to make sure the vent was clear. They called and asked if they could come early! No problem! They worked quickly and efficiently.

They called to schedule service the same day that I booked the deal. They were fast, friendly and professional. While talking to them about their services, I added pressure cleaning of the house and dryer vent cleaning. Service was scheduled for 2 days later. They arrived on time for the scheduled start date and started work immediately. Showed up on time, cleaned out dryer and ran dryer a couple times to make sure it was completely cleared out. Excellent service.

It turned out very well. My wife was home at the time. He vacuumed the lint out and she said he was very friendly. It didn't take long for him to do, and the price was reasonable.

There were to Bosley guys who arrived early, which was great. They pressure-washed the pool deck and did a great job. There were a few dirty spots on the screen enclosure for the pool, for which I wanted an estimate. They cleaned it for free. Timely, nice, and professional.

Technician arrived promptly at appointment time and did a great job of cleaning the dryers, dryer vents, and roof vents of two adjacent homes. This is a must have service to keep your dryer running efficiently and safely. They offered to remind us next year when another cleaning is due and I accepted that service. The drying time is much less now and I regret not having it done in 3-4 years. We were very happy with the service provided and would have no trouble recommending this company.

Unfortunately, some of the solution from the roof dripped onto the grass which it killed. HOWEVER, everything else about them was terrific...they were on time, efficient and expedient....one of my neighbors took their card which I was pleased to see... I will use them again...

He did an excellent job, was efficient and punctual.

They did a great and thorough job, leaving the house spotless. They explained the whole process to my wife and advised us to replace our corrigated dryer hose with solid metal hose to reduce maintenance and keep the vent clean longer. I would recommend them to anyone.

I received a prompt response to my request with a free quote. I scheduled the service in advance. I received email communications from the company and a reminder the day before to confirm. They arrived on time and explained exactly how the service was being performed and confirmed again the exact service requested to see if there would be any changes. Very professional the service was excellent and they were very courteous. I have already recommended them to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

They promptly scheduled an appointment to soft wash my house. The appointment was confirmed and the service was started within the hour time slot given. The technicians were professional and did a good job. The house looks great and the discolored white gutters and fascia are now clean and white again. I am very satisfied with the service of this company.

I contacted Bosley's Roof Cleaning and Powerwashing and received an estimate and scheduled a date for the powerwasing without having to wait for a call back. The workers showed up at the scheduled appt time and were finished within an hour. They moved the furniture on my front porch and lanaii since I was not able to do that myself. I am very pleased with how the lanaii and front porch turned out.

It went pretty well. There were no other fees and the price was reasonable. We’d use them again if we needed it.

They did an excellent job. Brad came out on 5/6 to clean the dryer vent. He had to move the dryer to do the job, but when he was finished, everything was back in place. He was on time, polite and very efficient when working. On 5/29, Joe came out to clean the roof. He was very thorough. He cleaned the two roofs, the driveway and the sidewalks. He also treated the roof over the patio to discourage mold buildup. He removed all of the leaves, etc., that were caught on the patio roof. He cleaned the garage door, entry way and front window. He even showed me how to work the latch on my gate which has always been a hassle for me. When you know how to use something, it actually works. Also, since it was trash day when he was here, he moved my trash and recycle bins so they could be picked up and he also put them back in my garage after pickup. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Our home looks fantastic. I will definitely use Bosley's again.

I had a bad experience with another company, so I called this company . Joe was very nice, got me in right away because of a cancelation and did a great job! He was very nice and gave us great tips on painting our house. I would recommend him to anyone!

Unfortunately I still want an estimate to thoroughly clean my lanai. I asked Mr. Bosley for an estimate but didn't receive one. Whether he didn't understand precisely what I wanted in regard to my lanai or simply didn't feel that he wanted to do it, I don't know. Consequently I am still looking for a price estimate to thoroughly clean the lanai both inside and out. I have an efflorescence problem with the concrete on the lanai which is obviously not within Mr. Bosley's field of expertise but the slab needs to be thoroughly cleaned before I can address that problem. Mr. Bosley and his son worked efficiently and well otherwise.
