I had a tricky dishwasher to get installed and Ryan did it without any issues. He was polite, fast and thorough.

He came out and talked for a long time and did the repair. Advised to call a plumber for other issues. After the plumber came out and did some work and left, the dishwasher was still leaking. So we had to call Bageard back out to fix the leak again! He came out and said that we needed to order a part to fix it. So he ordered the part, he said it was fixed again. But it wasn't! So now the third call to him, he said we had to wait yet another week to have it fixed. I told him that I would be gone on vacation by then and he told me that that wasn't his problem and then hung up on me! So within a month and being charged 3 times, he couldn't fix my leak and then hung up on me!

He became progressively more impatient with me as I asked more questions and was extremely rude and dismissive. Beware of this person. He has a hot temper. I went no further because his telephone manners were unintelligible.

Ryan did a great and thorough job.

We've used this provider three times now. The first time we had a microwave that stopped working. Ryan was able to fix it in about 10 minutes by replacing a hidden fuse inside the device. We had a problem with our washer not properly rinsing the clothes. Ryan returned our call and walked me through how to check the trap (which is hidden on our model and behind 3 screws). That was the problem and I had it fixed in 15 minutes without incurring a visit or a charge. The next time we had problems with our washer after it we moved into our new home. The water was coming out at a very slow rate and we thought the pumps may be bad. Ryan arrived a day later with a brand new pump. Come to find out, the movers who installed the washer only turned the water on a small bit - just enough to allow the washer to start - but not enough to provide the proper flow. We were so embarrassed by not checking this first but Ryan was cool about it and didn't charge us for any parts or service, we insisted on paying for his time.

Originally thought water valve was faulty due to leak. After thorough inspection, valve was in good condition. Leak was from water intake line at the connection. Replaced tubing and fittings. No more leaks. All works just fine. Very professional, up front and did not attempt to cut any corners.

Now my washer is running like a champ. I have used Bageard Appliances in the past. I first used them a few years ago at my son's newly built home. First there was a problem with his Subzero freezer. The ice would take forever to make and Ryan solved the problem on his first visit. A year later his new Bosch Dryer was not drying well and kept giving an error code. Ryan went into the attic and separated a part of the dryer vent only to find foam insulation had leaked in during construction and was partially blocking the vent. I was sold on this company's service immediately. They have always shown up on the day they promise maybe not always on time but for service like theirs I don't mind waiting for the best.

Service person was respectful, knowledgeable and polite. Work area was left clean.

I like their quality. We have high end appliances and they always know exactly what is wrong with them and how to fix them. It's not like it could be or might be they are reliable. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very nice people to talk to. Their overall work was fine.

They were punctual and knowledgeable. They did a good job. I will use their services in future.

I called company to get estimate for possible bad dryer element (dryer was not heating). They quoted $150-170. They had to order the element so we had to set the appt about 3 days later to give them time to get it. When they came to repair the dryer, the tech said it was not the element, but a fuse that went bad, so it ended up being cheaper than we expected. The fuse was $18 and the installation $97. The technician (I think one of the owners) was quick and professional.

We recently replaced all the floor tile. The appliances had to be moved off the old tile and back onto the new tile. The appliances are no longer under warranty but were not working properly. The Whirlpool toll free number connected us to a service that wanted to charge us for separate repair calls for each one and couldn't even commit to having one person for the washer & dryer, or to the folks coming on the same day and this was with a week's notice! Bageard had previously been recoommended by our kitchen remodeling contractor when the built in oven mailfunctioned just before a major holiday. Bottom line the repair tech came and looked at everything, ordered necessary parts and repaired everything on the same day. They are polite and professional, return calls and appear to have high levels of technical information to answer questions and complete the repairs. They come on time and work neatly as well. In short, they seem to value the customers for whom they are providing a service!
