A+++++++ HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First, when I called, I somehow disconnected myself, but Linda saw my cell number and called me! THEY WERE GREAT! I called around 4pm on a Thursday afternoon because my tenant said AC died. Linda called my tenant, and arranged to come out the same evening - and repaired the AC unit! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS! I've had so many bad experiences, that I'm giddy when I find a GREAT SERVICE and Allied AC is the BEST you can GET! NO WORRIES WHEN THEY'RE ON THE JOB! Scott came out and repaired the AC himself, calming the tenant and keeping in touch with me. He was great and so was Linda! Great team at Allied! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We woke up and found the air conditioner was blowing warm air. Called Allied before they we're open, received a prompt return call with a time they would arrive. The service tech was prompt and courteous. He even used shoe covers when entering the house. He was easily able to identify and fix the problem quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Their service technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me as he did a thorough inspection of my a/c unit. Overall the service call took about 4 hours and even though it started raining, he stayed, got soaked, and finished so I would have a working unit that night. I was so overall happy that when he brought up their service packages, with zero pressure, I did something unlike me and signed up for it.

Everything was performed well and in a reasonable amount of time. tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent some extra time with me explaining what each piece does, why we would want it maintained/replaced and gave us some tips on how to maintain some simple items ourselves.

When our AC stopped working in July, we panicked and got on Angie's List to find a AC repairman. I emailed them at midnight and by 9am they were calling us to get a technician out to us that day. Scott arrived quickly and got the job done. He went over options with us and made sure we got the best prices. We were very happy with his level of knowledge and professionalism, and appreciated how helpful he was with us. He had our AC up and running again quickly and by that afternoon our home was nice and cool again. We will definitely be using Allied AC in the future when we decide to upgrade our whole AC unit.

I checked the map for this companies service area and my home is located within the area, however the company states they do not service my area. I would recommend calling before purchasing a Big Deal for this company. I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bill (owner) and Scott (technician) and Linda (office) at Allied Air. We bought a house in New Port Richey in March and on a Saturday in late June the air went out. I had no idea who to call so I went to Angie's list and called Allied Air. Scott was out in 30 minutes, honored the Angie's list coupon and did enough to make the house tolerable. He came back out the following Wednesday and cleaned the coils and blower as both were filthy. Turns out the whole house filter the inspector told me was in the AC was, in fact not so the air had been running, unfiltered for God only knows how long. After cleaning the coils and blower the problem was not resolved. Scott came back another time and replaced a valve, free of charge. When that didn't fix the issue Bill, the owner got involved. Bill came out to my house on two separate occasions and spent 3-4 hours in my hot attic each time. He ordered special parts. He got the unit running to the best of its ability.and charged us absolutely nothing for his time and materials. You don't often see that level of commitment and responsibility in this day and age. Throughout the process he kept me informed, explained everything in a way that I could understand and was just, in general a very stand up guy. With any luck this unit will see us through for a while longer but I can tell you this. When it's time to replace it I will use no one but Allied Air. They were really great!

We notice the a/c was getting warmer in the afternoon along with the outside unit not running. We called on a Sunday and Bill was out to our house in 20 minutes to fix the problem. GREAT JOB!!!! We will only use this company for our a/c and heating needs.

The crew that installed the unit did a great job. They were very nice when I asked questions regarding what was being installed and did an excellent job in explaining the work that they performed. One thing that stood out was their tips on preventative maintenance and how to ensure that I get the best out of the unit. They also swept the garage floor which was a nice added benefit. As a side note, I received several quotes from 4 different AC companies and found that Bill coming to my house and selling me the unit was a nice touch. He brought AC literature which was awesome because I could make my own informed decision. Overall a great experience and the AC unit is running great right now.

My first purchase on Angie's list was completely satisfactory. Allied responded to my request quickly and sent a serviceman first thing Monday morning. He was efficient, took care to not track in and out, polite and courteous. The only failure was on my part when I did not print a copy of my paid Angie's List transaction and code number but they allowed me to forward the email to them instead of a paper coupon.

We came home from work to find our air was not working. Went on to Angie's List to research a company near our home and one that does after hour call. Once the call was made Scott arrived in about 30 minutes. He was very nice and explained what was going on with our unit. He got everything done in a short time and we had cool air again. Thanks Scott!!!! We will now only use Allied.

The service man arrived on time and took the time to explain everything he did. He was here about an hour and a half.. When he checked the freon he noted that there was no leaks. Another company told me I needed a complete new unit because there was a leak. I believe he was truthful and gave a reasonable guess as to how long my unit would continue to work. I wasthankfulthat I did not have to replace the system at this time.

The first AC company came out and said I needed a whole new unit. I didn't buy his sales pitch. So I called Allied and they came out and were very honest. He tuned it up and showed me how crooked the first company was. He was the son of the owner.

I trust this service provider. My first contact with them was to get a second opinion. They came at no charge, checked the system over, and told us the other firm was not being truthful with us. We have since had them come out and check the system out and replace some faulty components. I bought a service contract based on my experience with them and your high rating of their firm.

It went great! Installation was completed in 1 day, and the unit seems to be working just fine. I am looking forward to & hoping that the filters will be easy to replace on this system (I had a heck of a time doing it on the old one). The guys arrived at a good time & were finished by late afternoon. They were neat, professional & patient with my pets.

I was traveling on business when I received a call that my AC unit had begun to malfunction. Allied Air Conditioning came out quickly, treated my very stressed house sitter with respect, and took care of the problem immediately. No upselling, no fuss!

Worked great with no push to do extras.

I wanted call prior to any repair since my husband met repair guy. I had told him this on phone when he drove to site. Repair guy did not call and proceeded to do repair. He said my husband ok's it, not true, as I asked my husband what he told him. Anyway owner called me and was very nice. He agreed to refund my angies list coupon of $39 and I would still pay for balance of repair. I never got refund.

It was okay. They got the job done in about an hour. They were out the next day after I called them. The technician was excellent, very professional, and very thorough.

My old air conditioner was not working, I called around and got multiple quotes and decided to go with Allied. They come out every six months for a service call. I like working with them. They always come in and do their job without leaving a mess. If I have any questions they are responsive. They send me a card in the mail reminding me to schedule my semi annual service call.

Planned to replace both old AC systems (36 yrs! and 16 yrs old) this fall, but BOTH died the same afternoon (one massive Freon leak and the other air handler fan motor failure). Bill, the owner of Allied came quickly and was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. (I'm an engineer and although not an AC expert, know enough to separate AC knowledge from smoke and mirrors). The first unit was replaced the next day and the second the following business day - hard to expect any faster service. Jamie and Jerry (and Richard the second day), the installation crew, were on time, presentable, courteous, communicated well and focused on getting the job done. Workmanship was excellent - much better than the previous installation and was done right. They took pains to avoid making a mess and cleaned up very well before leaving. Based on an AC replacement I had recently at another property, the price was fair for a job well done. I don't expect A rated companies on Angie's List to be the very cheapest, but the small incremental cost is well worth it to me to get the job done right by people I'm not scared to let into my home! One more item on price - when they needed to replace a few feet of wiring and install an electrical part to make sure the system was up to code, they just did it without charging extra. Same thing when they found a few feet of duct was marginal and would work better if replaced. I wouldn't expect this if the costs were substantial to them, but it's refreshing not to get "nickel-and-dimed" on such jobs. Overall, we're very satisfied and would use Allied again.

They did an excellent job installing the new unit and keep me informed on anything they were doing. Made sure they cleaned up any mess they made and took away all old parts, etc. They were extremely polite and professional.
